We had a pick order

We had a pick order. University Dr. location in Broward. 3 people very unpolite and no friendly at all. Amazing products, but a very bad experiences with 3 employees. 8.30 pm.

The Manger is rude 02/23/23

The Manger
Drive for Uber Eats went in to pick-up a order Thursday February 23,2023 around 7 she the Manger was rude training a new employee on how to do orders
Gave me the bottles in two bags
When I Delivered to the person 20min away he said their should be three bags of Alcohol there was one big bottle and 2 small I believed him and drove back to the store thinking he's right
When you pick up they don't show you what's the order just the amount you would receive.
So I went into the store to return the Manger said she got a call from the person claiming he didn't receive all his order, she said he was going to order again.
She made it seem I didn't give him all the bags and said look I put the bags in one bag not the way you brought it back.
That's the way she gave it to me and the way I gave to the person who ordered it
Said oh well I said it took me 1hr total well nothing I can do.
It made me feel like I did something wrong I rely on tips and the gas is sometimes not Worth it.
I think the guy was a little drunk and thought he ordered three big bottles instead on one and two small bottles.
It doesn't matter but the way that Manger treated me she should never be a Manger

Where's the recycling?

I have given Total Wine 5 stars only because their employees are so helpful and knowledgeable in the Natick,MA store. On the other hand, I am greatly disappointed with what I discovered today during my visit. This company DOES NOT RECYCLE! What???
Are there businesses out there that are so selfish that they do not do a simple thing like recycling to improve the future of our environment? Do their profits not allow them to do this? We should all be doing far more than that! Do we not care about the world we leave our children? Please Total Wine, think about your carbon footprint. It is our duty.

Clearwater FL Total Wine

Clearwater FL Total Wine. Been there 3-4 times. Every time the wait staff is very surely and bitter Nasty to be exact. I only live two blocks away or I would not go there. I have tried for 3 days to buy on line but that does not work either. First they never got my order they said. Today the website would not accept my credit card. I checked and double checked and all the card info was correct and current. Had to go in the store again today. The wait guy was very bitter and unfriendly, proceeded to tell me I was buying the wrong kind of wine. Once, earlier, a lady Mgr. type told me they did not carry that kind of cheap wine!!! (But they did and they still do. In fact they only had two bottles left as it was out of stock.
Someone is buying that stuff.) We mix this wine in lemonade so I know what I want and what my wife and I like. So do our guests. If I want to buy wine to drink on its own I do buy a better brand of wine. But that's my business!

Double charging transactions

No complaints on customer service, but every time I use my wife's card, it gets charged twice. Over the last few years, this has added up to well over $1000. I get the same, one bottle everytime, and everytime, it's on her bank statement twice.

I received only 2 of the 6 items ordered but was charged for all 6. After reading these reviews, I doubt I'll ever get my money back.

Prices are creeping up.

When I first started shopping at TW&M in October of 2022, a 24 pack of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale in bottles was $25.99 with free delivery. I was happy to tip the driver more, as I was used to paying more at BevMo and having to pick it up. I usually purchase 3 cases at a time.

This last order in January of 2023 was $28.99 per case with $2.99 delivery + tip.

The beer is great, it is our favorite, but I'm feeling a little bait and switch happening with Total Wine & More. Within 3 months, after increased prices, delivery fee and tip, I'm paying more than I was while buying from BevMo using one of their $10 off $75 coupons that come out just about every week.

I thought I had found a winner with a new business model, but it's the same product as BevMo with a different website.

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION. THEY SOLD ME A GIFT CARD FOR $100 THAT WAS $0 WHEN RECIPIENT TRIED TO MAKE HIS PURCHASE WITH IT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT HAS DONE ZIPPO TO RECTIFY THIS! DONT BE FOOLED INTO PURCHASING GIFT CARDS FROM
TOTAL WINE. YOU MAY AS WELL FLUSH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY DOWN THE TOILET!

Total wine failed to deliver the item

Total wine failed to deliver the item, because they didn’t wait long enough for me to get to the door. Then they sent an email order returned and they issued a refund, however its been over a week and I still didn’t receive any refund or the product i have ordered.

Total wine =TERRIBLE customer service

On line ordering, delivery and over all customer service is awful. I made an order for delivery today. I came home to wait for it only to discover that TW cancelled my order- without informing me. I called the local store and the corporate hqs and was given bogus excuses. Namely, TW claimed that the charge was not authorized on my CC. Bunk! There is a pending charge for $221.00 on my CC for wine that was NOT delivered. I also confirmed with the CC company that it did not reject any charges. TW customer service is awful...full of excuses instead of saying it made a mistake. My advice is buy from small, local wine stores where customer service and satisfaction is paramount. Avoid TW.

I went to the Tacoma mall location as…

I went to the Tacoma mall location as an instacart shopper and could not bottle of wine a customer ordered and the women said she could not help me find it because that's my job not hers. I spoke with the Supervisor who did help me and showed me how to look for the wine so next time I can find it on my own. The way the women reacted was completely unprofessional and I will never shop at Total wine again.

Manager yells f??k you in my face

After having a red Bull blow up in my face and dealing with three employees that didn’t care I had Red Bull all over my face, I went to a manager and all I got out of him was he screamed f??k you in my face for everyone to hear. I had to go to the restroom and take a bath in the sink to get all the Red Bull off. I finally got a hold of a regional manager who said he would get back with me after he dealt with the situation and promised To replace my boots that were covered in Red Bull that I just bought. And I never heard from the manager again. They don’t care about customers just the almighty dollar

The day they throw my daughter out the store.

I been a customer of Pembroke Pines, FL for a long time my daughter has been in this store with me tons of time. My daughteris 18 my son is 25 and is girlfriend is 23, on this day we all entered the store. I took myself to the restroom, upon walking out of the restroom I don't see my daughter or my sons girlfriend. I was told by my son they were escorted out the building by and employee that told my daughter she was not 21 and could not be in the store with out even asking for an ID or anything. The employee said that was the law . First of all there is no law that says that you have to be 21 to be in the store. To make things worst the cashiers said to us that if my son would not should show her ad ID no she would the sale the bottle to no one. Even though Im 48 years of age and she refused to sale us the bottle. The manager got involved and the only explanation she had for me was that cashier and the guy that throw my daughter out the store were new. Save to say that you have lost a customer. This whole situation was never suppose to happen and it did because of stupidity and ignorance by employees of this store.

now u don't like the truth and don't want your customers to know by blocking my truthful experience? well you just motivated the wrong guy. Im going out of my way to write you a bad AND TRUTHFUL review on every site that will let me. BTW I was ready to be a regular/lifetime customer. But since no one could see the wisdom of refunding my $10.99 without further inconveniencing me, I will I will never buy from you again Nor will I have anything positive to say about you organization. Bad Management decision. Just plain stupid.

My first time ordering on the website…

My first time ordering on the website but what a mess...

I placed an order on Saturday, the order said it would be delivered in the next 2 hours in downtown LA.

I got an email a couple of hours later saying that the order had been returned. I immediately called support, and they said the delivery drivers couldn't deliver the order.

Packages can always be delivered 24/7, and I was at home the entire time to receive it as well. Besides, nobody called me sent me an email.

The lady then said that they would deliver it on Sunday, and she specifically added in the notes that the delivery driver should leave the items with the door guy. On Sunday, I got 2 emails, the first one saying that the order had been returned again, and the second one saying that the order was delivered.

I called them again, to see what was going on and they told me that everything had been delivered.

I go and check today, and that order was never delivered, it wasn't logged either...

I've now been on hold for the past 45 min with their support, trying to get connected to someone.

How is it possible to have to waste so much time on having to follow for a single order and still don't have delivered?? At this cost, I would have simply gone to the store and not pay the delivery fee...

checkout people give impression you are bothering them

I normally order on line and have delivered, was in area ,virtually every time i go to the millenia store i walk out unhappy. checkout service always poor. purchased 2 tullamore dew 1.75 and 3 ellington reserve 1.75-their was a 4.00 CUPON ON TULL, ONLY GOT I CREDIT .
also you had a 10 % special if you purchase 2 or more bottles asked her how do i get -just brushed me off- this is typical for tme mellenia store
