The initial product that I ordered was not in stock an incorrect product was then sent to me. I found the staff to be unhelpful and slow to refund my money. I try to buy Irish and support Irish companies but I'll not be ordering from this company again.

Hi Alvin, The product that you ordered has a lead time of 15 working days as stated on our website. When we ordered it from our supplier, they sent us a different item, as the item you ordered had been discontinued. We were not made aware of this by the supplier and forwarded the received product to yourself. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we apologised, organised a free return collection from DPD and refunded you as soon as we received the item back. We apologise for any frustration caused as we were not made aware that the product was discontinued by our supplier and hope that you will shop with us again as we value your custom.
