Torguard has been very stable and useful on my old Mac Mini.

However I'm disappointed that there is still no Apple TV version.

The service has always been good. Peak times on very busy holidays can be an issue but using an alternate server always works.

Always extreme slow. All connections.

I paid for annual service with a VPN router and both years you never sent it to me . So why lie to costumers? Fix this and I will reinstate my service with your company.

TorGuard does what I need it to do and I've not had any problems for years so I'm good.

Definitely not worth it. Very, very slow if you want me to be honest. I had to trade over after over 4 years usage cause the speed wouldn't even keep my TV going anymore. I went from using Torguard with a max speed of around 20mbps on a GREAT day to another ( Surfshark) for half the cost getting 120mbps on a bad day. I pay for a 300mbps Xfinity plan. It worked much better years back and I simply didn't want to leave out after all the years I was with Torguard. It finally left me no choice when my TV kept skipping 24/7. I wish I did it a very long time ago.

Very responsive customer service.

I ordered a Anonymous VPN Pro (12 connections + dedicated IP).

It became evident very short after that the configs you generate after going thru several captchas become invalid after a short period of time - the servers simply stop working within 5-10minutes of use, no matter if you only make 1 connection to said servers it STILL stops working..

The 5-10min intervals almost seems scripted, its like its built on purpose to throw people off the network.

On top of that the speeds are abysmal its 80Mbps down / 8MBps

Writing torguard and requesting a full refund they instantly became defensive - they completely ignored the fact that all their dynamic IP locations were constantly shutting down they just pointed to their claim that the dedicated IP works at their end. I tested the dedicated IP, it was exactly as bad as the others, but it did not throw you off that day, but I bet that day will come as well.

Well who cares if 1% of what I paid for works less than minimum viable product? I have zero confidence in this product and company

Do not trust this company under any circumstance, ignore any youtube reviews, any false reddit astroturfing - the truth is that they are overselling and underdelivering.

Seriously you should be paid to use a VPN as bad as this.. Its funny that they use "captchas" behind their website so there's absolute longest way to get a working connection again.. I'm sure many have been speculating into automating this if they are stuck with Torguard because simply put the connections don't last its constant disconnect.

Yes, I run other wireguard tunnels on my boxes with near identical configuration to torguard, they are always rock stable and never disconnect..

MTR also shows 0% loss and never high ping, its obvious the service is the problem.

I ended up doing chargeback thru the bank because it is obvious torguard keep changing topics to deter you from getting a refund.

Not the first or last VPN scam, but this one is pretty clearly only surviving on fake reviews, fake praise and astroturfing around the internet.

Honestly, I'm at a loss at which VPN I will choose next, I thought I had investigated this pretty well, but then again all VPN services are astroturfing to mislead all customers onto their terrible non-existant service.

I have never had any trouble with Torguard not working never lets you down I have had for many years now

I really liked the speed of Torguard VPN.
On the other hand, for streaming it’s really random and not very effective.

I don't know if they are the best VPN, their VPNs work well for my professional usage. Moreover, their technical and commercial support is the best!

There are many good features of your software and VPN
Including:
Apart from providing the VPN application itself, providing socks5 files are very useful and excellent. Also providing separate files that can be used as v2ray and so on.
These features attract many customers and it has been very useful for me. Because if any IP is disconnected, I immediately see another IP and connect to it.
It will be great if other servers from other countries can be provided in the form of socks.
In general, I think that if it goes like this, I will remain your customer for many years.
