This is absolutely positively the worse one of all. I complete surveys in full and not get compensated. Customer service is absolutely horrendous. Too many screenouts, the pay is extremely low I'm talking about a 15 minute survey for 6 cents, Wow!! Please avoid Top Surveys. The 5 star reviews on here are fake!!

They get you to download a game allow tracking and then don’t credit the milestones. Customer support just sends a generic robotic template reply and get told no funds will be given too you. It’s all just crap so they get paid for our efforts

I have been doing surveys for them
I have been doing surveys for them now for a good little while i thought they were mostly honest until they came up with their new reward system . I started keeping track and i got $0.08 18 out of 20 attempts and getting $0.12 and $.20 the other 2 . i googled it and the odds of me getting $0.08 that many times out of 20 attempts with 9 possibilities is 1 in !! million so i am considering what to do with this information but it sounds like they are not as honest as i thought.

Top Surveys Pays Half the Time
Top Surveys, Earn Star and 5 Surveys are under the same parent company Prime Opinion. Beware you only have a 50/50 chance to ever be compensated. I've had some payouts but lately it seems the higher you go for milestone payments the more likely you're not to be paid. Customer service is AI and only provide canned responses to all the reasons they can't track game play. Even with screenshots and proof of game play through Google Play tracking you will not be paid. If you report an issue within 72-hours it's too early to report and if you wait beyond the 72-hours jokes on you for still playing. They only delay you, stall you and do not pay even with supporting documentation. This is happened 3x in April 2026 alone.

The worst survey site ever
The worst survey site ever, very low paying for a lot of my time, example: 40p for 20 minutes !! Was only able to do 2 small paying surveys in 24 hours. Screened out on the rest no matter what questions i answered

As soon as I nearly reach the 5$ cash out mark all of a sudden I'm disqualified for every survey I attempt to take even the surveys that were in my best match category. Its just another survey scam that makes promises it fails to keep. Not worth the effort or time.
