Proper service, no issues whatsoever. Cars are clean, new and reliable and the staff in Kauna or Vilnius excellent as usual. Well done TOPRENT and keep this excellence for years to come. Thank you

I would like to add an update to my previous review.
After I shared my experience here, the company replied publicly, stating that they were looking into the situation and that they would contact me by email. However, I never received any email or further response.
Several days have now passed, and during this time it would absolutely have been possible to review the case and provide at least some kind of feedback. Unfortunately, nothing has happened.
This only confirms my original experience: the company may communicate nicely when everything goes smoothly, but when a real problem occurs, their promises are not followed through.
Based on this, I cannot consider this company reliable in situations where customers actually need support or fair problem resolution.
This was our second time renting a car, and unfortunately it was a very bad experience compared to the first one.
We booked the car thinking everything was fine, but when we arrived the TopRent office was closed. We tried calling the 24/7 phone number and were told to go to another rental office and wait.
We were told the car was in Parking P1, but we couldn’t find it. We went back to the lady who gave us the keys, and she just repeated that the car “should be there.” After waiting another 30 minutes and checking again with no success, she finally called someone to double-check. Outside was freezing.
Only then did we find out the car was actually a 10–15 minute walk away from the airport.
The whole situation was very disappointing, poorly handled, and felt disrespectful. Not what you expect from a car rental service.
Avoid this company.
They gave me a car that was dirty and with a fuel tank that was not full, about 8l missing in a 55l tank. I documented everything with timestamped photos and videos: pictures of the tachometer before driving and again after only 4 km, together with the fuel gauge. After those 4 km, almost an entire fuel bar was already gone. On return I told them about this and the lady asked me to submit my evidence via email. I did so.
First their own employee first Aidas Jurkutaitis acknowledged the mistake and apologized, and offered some discount on the next rental. But I objected that I wanted money returned as I do not live in the Baltics. When that happened, however, the company changed its position and started hiding behind anonymous generic emails (despite me messaging specifially their leadership such as Vilmantar Toleikis, Nerijus.Liutkus and others). They now claimed their “internal records” showed the tank was full at the handover – something no can objectively verify. Then they added that the model I rented supposedly has a “non-linear” fuel gauge - without any technical documentation or forewarning when I rented it. Despite pictures, videos with timestamps etc. they refused to refund even €11. If they refuse to pay in such a simple, well-documented case, imagine what happens in a real dispute.
Avoid this company.
Btw. at the check in two customers were ahead of me and I had to wait 1 hour before getting the car. Very "efficient". Their contracts are also full of bizarre conditions and hidden liabilities:
you can be made responsible for cleaning (i.e. you need to return the car clean, no normal rental company does that, charged for arbitrary issues,and subjected to vague rules that always work in their favor. AS i say, avoid them.

Autumns are rainy and cars get dirty very easily in Lithuania : so the renting reps of the company were very understanding and said: just return your car with clean interior, don’t worry too much about the exterior. Very fast return. Extra free bonus: on driving out of the TopRent car park, you have to pass through 4K HD multicamera spot: so that hundreds of Hi Resolution photos are taken of the car , detecting all the existing defects . That gives your a total peace of mind. Will continue renting from them for my frequent visits to Lithuania.

Charged me 78€ for Collision Waiver when booking said 20€.
Even when I came back and asked the other guy and he laughed and told me that what I was charged was wrong but didn’t care.
When i questioned why my Full Collision Waiver is not actually a full protection she laughed and said that it is only half insurance, if I want a full full waiver I have to pay this.
She then made a price up and charged me this because I had no choice. I told her where does it say this price and she said this is her computer price.
Car was garbage. The screen wouldn’t turn on, it had a flat tyre and all the electrics were broken so couldn’t even use my phone as Sat Nav.
We were very satisfied with the car rental services provided by ADMITA.

The customer service was excellent, fast and pleasant, the prices were great and the cars were new and well equipped.
The last time I was at Kaunas Airport, I had the opportunity to chat with an Irish citizen who has family in Lithuania and flies there frequently, often renting cars. We both agreed that Admita is the only company in Lithuania that offers such good value for money in terms of car rental prices and service quality. They have a large selection of cars and rental points in Vilnius, Kaunas,Palanga and Riga.
