I do not recommend it to anyone

I do not recommend it to anyone! They are scamming with the return of the reserve. The contract stipulates that the €300 reserve is automatically canceled after 14 days. This is a lie. After starting to move after 1 month, it turned out that the reserve was not canceled and only then was it canceled "manually". Since it was not canceled on time, the bank said that the refund would not be available until the 30th. The manager of Admita was unable to explain anything or apologize on the phone. It seemed that such mistakes are made intentionally.

Absolute SCAMMERS!

Absolute SCAMMERS!
When we came to pick up our car had to wait 1.5hrs in the queue when there was only 3 people in front of us. Car cleaning fee of 15€ is absolutely bizarre and the first time I’ve ever heard of when we travel very often and rent cars all the time. We were instructed to return the car into their allocated car park and when I went to leave the keys and for them to check the car there was no one at the desk even though it was during their working hours. Afterwards I received and email with pictures that they discovered scratches after the car was washed? Shouldn’t you suppose to check the car straight when it is returned? Even though car has been left without any scratches and anyone could of done the damage while the car was at the car park, but pictures are so dodgy that I really doubt that it is even scratched. Afterwards they without my permission or me even giving them my debit card details tried to charge me several times for the damages.

All in all AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST ! Because if you don’t have protective bank you will end up with charges of a bentley rental.

Very disappointing customer service

I have rented from Admita three times, and unfortunately my experience has been disappointing.
On two separate occasions, the wiper blades needed to be replaced. They were not wiping properly on the driver’s side. In weather conditions like snow and heavy rain, this is extremely dangerous and unacceptable. Vehicle safety should be a top priority for any rental company.
I also felt pressured to purchase full insurance and additional extras, yet the company does not seem to put the same effort into properly preparing and maintaining their vehicles to ensure they are safe to drive.
On 09.02.2026, I booked a Toyota RAV4 for one week and paid a premium price for it. Shortly after leaving the parking area, I noticed the parking sensor was broken. I returned to report the issue and was given a Volkswagen Tiguan instead, which in my opinion is a lower-class vehicle compared to what I originally booked.
Unfortunately, the replacement car also had issues — the brakes were making a metal-on-metal grinding sound, which suggests the brake pads were worn down. This is a serious safety concern. I contacted the company again, explained the situation, and requested the car I originally paid for. I was told they would look into it and get back to me, but they never did.
I was in Lithuania for a funeral at the time and did not have the time or energy to keep chasing them. Overall, the customer service was shocking, and the lack of attention to vehicle safety is very concerning.

Received a ticket for speeding and paid…

Received a ticket for speeding and paid a fine of 15 eur. However, admita was quick to charge my bank account with 50 eur administration fee (which is basically confirming to police my personal details via email).

Not an easy experience

Never received a confirmation email of my booking. Turned up and there was one member of staff but not at the Admita one. Thankfully, he was the right person and had the booking. He then informed us of the cleaning fee which would be double if we didn't pay it in advance. He told us we would be liable even if there were any raindrops, dust or bugs on the outside of the car. The car itself was fine, but Admita could do with improving the professionalism of their service and staff

Unfortunately had really bad experience…

Unfortunately had really bad experience with this rental. As my partner did not have a credit card, we were forced to take full cover insurance and prepaid full tank. We ended up paying 300Eur more than original booking. The reasoning was that they can’t deduct deposit from debit card for later if there is any problem with returned car. Still my partner’s debit card was deducted with 100Eur 🤨 I offered my credit card or changing driver from my partner to myself. But it was “not possible” because … Please be careful with this company.

Unsafe for families – shocking baby seat, rude staff, and dismissive attitude by Admita (Vilnius)

We hired a car in Vilnius from Alamo, operated locally by Admita, while visiting family in Lithuania. We paid extra for an infant car seat advertised as government-approved for our newborn. What we received was shocking – the first seat was torn, falling apart, covered in stains, and missing the headrest. It was completely unsafe, unhygienic, and unfit for a baby. When we asked for a replacement, staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like we were being unreasonable. The second seat was only slightly better but still had missing padding and exposed Velcro we had to cover ourselves so it wouldn’t scratch our baby’s back. We even had to clean the seat ourselves before using it. Even our Lithuanian family were ashamed and appalled that a company in their own country would provide such an unsafe seat for a newborn.

The staff were rude throughout and pressured us aggressively to buy extra insurance, implying we would otherwise be charged for damage – which is exactly what they later tried to do. When we raised our concerns formally in a complaint, their response was to blame us, writing: “We understand that you have recently become new parents and may be experiencing increased stress – however, rental terms and conditions apply equally to all customers.” This was disgustingly dismissive, implying our concerns were just because we’re new parents rather than acknowledging their dangerous failings and unprofessional service.

This is by far the worst rental experience we have ever had anywhere in the world. Unsafe, unprofessional, and absolutely disgraceful. Avoid Admita Vilnius at all costs if you value your child’s safety and expect even basic customer respect.
