I placed two orders recently and the service I had was great! Fast reply to questions, everything was neatly packed and arrived pretty quickly the same week as I placed the order. I will use TopmaQ again for sure!

Great price for a great product. Alot easier to follow the video set up guide, then to follow the paper instructions.

Awful company, awful service. Ordered product from this business online.. After two weeks of me near daily calling for information and not a single communication from them to me they informed me that they never had the stock, and were lying to me when they told me multiple times that it was being shipped "today". Now awaiting a refund. Stay away.

Using the online ordering system was fast and easy, the product arrived in great condition and was a quality product. The only negative comment I would make is with the courier company that was used as I tracked the product which took 4 working days (there was also a weekend in between these days) to leave from the depot in Hamilton to get to our premises in Te Kauwhata which is only 30 minutes away. I only say this as an hour after I ordered this product I also ordered a product from Thailand that arrived the same day!

Ordered one of products,got a tracking number that wouldn't update. Waited a week then made contact by email which I still haven't had a reply. Item turned up 3 days later. Pretty average.

It's my second order at TopmaQ and all the products i have get ( even some low price one ) are all stunning quality and best prices for these item i got on NZ market . So very very happy to have find you guys and will order for some more ..no doubt !

This new pump left the old one for dead, no looking back the house is notably warmer now.

My only quibble has nothing to do with the machine. It gets five stars. But I did not expect it to take seven days to get to me. TopmaQ did well, but the transport companies did not, hence the loss of a star.
