Purchased 3 dresses from here. 2 out of the 3 were not as described. Different style and fabric. Total deception! The return cost is double or triple the cost of the item. They know this, and is the reason why a return won't happen. They rip you off and still make money.

Truly surprised by what I got for the price. Used Buy 3 Get 20% Off and wore my new dress to a casual wedding — got compliments all evening.

This is a scam and fraud business. Returns need to be sent to China and I was given a fake return address. They now won't refund me or exchange the items I needed for my bridesmaids. Horrendous experience. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Colour of the dress I ordered looked completely different to the picture on the website! Then takes ages to get responses on how to return and you have to pay to return which was nearly £20! Quality is not good either, really disappointed

I purchased the TOPERTH FLORAL ELEGANCE SATIN MAXI DRESS for my holidays and wasn’t disappointed. The dress is so light and comfy and looks amazing I got so many compliments whilst wearing it. I was so happy with the quality of the dress that I have also purchased another dress from the website.

Sent back 2 dresses almost a month ago and paid over £23 for it to be sent to the address customer service provided (IN CHINA!! I live in the UK). Agree with people that say this is an SCAM! The quality was awful, dresses looked like a costume not a dress you would wear for a wedding.

Do NOT buy from this website! I ordered a dress for a wedding however it didn’t suit me so I decided to send it back which I had to pay for and I have been fighting for my refund for over 6 weeks! Shocking service

I paid for standard 7-10 day shipping and it took 30 days. My dress took over 10 days to "process" then I received a shipping link that stated it was "processing" for another 15 days and it finally arrived a month later after the event I ordered it for had come and gone. When I contacted customer service and asked them to cancel the order, they said it had already shipped and kept repeating the same generic response. Despite my link saying it was still "processing" and not yet shipped. Its not a scam site, but they cant back what they are selling. Don't do it and just buy a good quality dress from a notable store. Even if the dress had arrived in time, you're paying $100 for mass made clothing that is not worht that price tag.

The quality of the clothes are good, however the sizings are so off.
I ordered three dresses and only one fit - and even the one that fits isn’t perfect but I thought I’d make do.
I decided to return the other two seeing as their website states returns are simple and “30 day guarantee”. What they don’t tell you is that you have to pay up to £20 to ship the clothes back to China!!
I was then offered the equal amount as store credit so thought I would do this instead, however you can only use the store credit for 50% of the order which is ridiculous! I’ve been back and forth with customer services for over a week.
Unless you’re tiny and know you will fit into most things I really wouldn’t bother with the faff with this site. I’m now out of pocket for two dresses!!

Purchased two dresses. One came incorrect. It was supposed to have a slit and it came without a slit. After contacting customer service, they told me that I was responsible for the return cost to send back because the dress wasn't "defective" per their return policy. But, their return policy directly states they will cover the cost of the item if it's incorrect or damaged. Clearly the item is incorrect as the pics on the website show a slit and then it came without one and the whole dress and the fit because of no slit doesn't work. Very dissatisfied with customer service and don't have faith in them to order again.

After 10 days of no updates, I was convinced I got scammed. But then they emailed me explaining customs delay, and the parcel arrived 4 days later. And honestly? The dress is one of the best I’ve purchased online.

Dresses came quickly and were good quality.
