Asked to cancel my purchase before they were shipped and I was ignored even though I was in my right to do so as in their website it clearly says I can cancel at any point before items are shipped. They just don’t listen.

This has been the worst online experience and customer service I've ever experienced from start to finish (and it's still ongoing still!).
I purchased items on the 8th May 2025. Today, 12th Feb 2026 I am still out of pocket by over £100!
First, the items took weeks to arrive with no update in between, the quality and sizes were all wrong and not representative from the website at all, and now, trying to return and request for a refund has been month long emails back and forth with "Fink", asking me the same questions and if I damaged the items(?!) I processed the return a day after I finally received the order, so I question how damaged they are from being looked at, tried on and then put back in a bag.
I have not received any of my money back. The return process is incredibly complicated, yet, I followed each step accurately, even checking the postal address twice at my local Royal Mail. The return address is in China... It cost me £42.50 to return my order to their "office" in China, despite them "owning a warehouse in the UK". A truly terrible experience.
After months of nothing, Fink asking me the same questions and saying they will chase their finance team (rubbish), I received the return package back, saying it was denied. Now, I am out of pocket both for the items and for the postage.
I am looking into this further given my legal background and this will not be the end!

I wouldn’t even give 1 star. Disaster of a company and service. Ordered two dresses, only one arrived… bad quality. I emailed about the other one and they said it wasn’t available when I ordered so I asked for a refund and I’ve emailed six times since. I ordered in Nov 2024. It’s now Feb 2026

I needed to return an item and they charged me over £20 to send it back to china. They then never claimed the package on their side, so the item was returned back to me. So I’m now down the amount for the dress plus the return fee.
I emailed them to inform them and they assured me I would be given a refund. Guess what, 3 weeks later, no refund and they are now ignoring my emails. Shocking company. No customer should be treated like that. I wish I knew to avoid in the first place!!

Never received my order, contacted customer services who claim the order has been delivered and signed for and when I asked for evidence of this from their logistics team no evidence could or has been provided. No refund or product. Do not buy from here.

Do not buy from this company!! I wish I’d have checked the reviews before placing an order. This is a fraudulent company. I purchased nearly £100 worth of dresses and they’ve been sat in customs for weeks waiting for the recipient to provide more information. Which they are not doing in order to obtain the money and not provide a refund. I fortunately purchased the dresses on my credit card so will be opening a case with them. Awful customer service and the dresses were also awful when they arrived. Stay clear

Please do not order from this company! Similar to other people, I wasn’t told a dress I ordered was out of stock. I then had to go back and forth to get a refund for an item I did not receive.
The customer service is terrible, they will ignore emails and do their best not to accept a return. The dresses that arrived were terrible quality and had loose zips and threads.
I have paid over £20 to send back to their warehouse in China - it has been stuck in customs since July 1st.
I have filed a report to my credit card as this company is fraudulent.

I have had a similar problem, tried returning the dress as not what I expected at all. It’s been 8 weeks and according to Royal Mail tracking my parcel has been stuck with customs for weeks now. So looks like I won’t be getting a refund despite paying a lot to send it back

1) The pictures on the website are likely stolen from another site. The dress I received looked nothing like the picture and was made from low quality polyester material.
2) You’ll have to go back and forth via email for a return.
3) Even though they pose as being a local supplier, their return warehouse is located in China.
Not only have I ordered a dress I can’t wear, I paid £20 to have it shipped back, where the dress is now stuck in customs. 3 weeks later and item still hasn’t made it back and no refund issued.

Do not buy from this website. Very low quality, it takes ages to post the order and not even completed, without informing you about the item being out of stock.Not helpful customer service and you have to pay around 15 to return an item!
No response for days
No response for days, although the dress was out of stock. I paid extra for express shipping and after I contacted to the customer service team, they wrote that I have to wait another week for the dress to be in stock again, then they will ship it.

Impossible to return and get a refund
Bought three dresses to try for a wedding as a guest dress. Poor quality, thin material and on top if you want a refund/return it will cost you at least £30 to return back to china! They then tried to offer me a partial refund and keep the dresses?! Do not order as it will be impossible to return!! Trying to get back £80 now!!!
Appalling Service – Avoid This Company
I placed an order for dresses I needed for a wedding abroad, expecting them to arrive within the stated 7–12 days. Not only did the items never arrive, but the entire process has been a frustrating and ridiculous experience from start to finish.
To begin with, the delivery was already late – it passed the 12-day window. On the day I expected the delivery, the tracking bizarrely said “no order was made” – and then, without any attempt at delivery, the parcel just started making its way back. So, I reached out to customer services straight away, hoping they could stop it being returned.
But their customer service is painfully slow. By the time they even bothered to reply, it was already too late – the parcel had continued its journey back. Even worse, when I was trying to get ahead of it, I sent them screenshots clearly showing the tracking, including the error message – and they kept repeating “it’s out for delivery” when it clearly wasn’t. I literally showed them it was being returned, and they still wouldn’t acknowledge it.
Now, despite the fact that I never received a single item, they’ve issued only a partial refund. I’ve sent them my full order confirmation and screenshots of the refund amount, and I got a vague response saying they “only refund out of stock items” – which makes absolutely no sense in this context.
So now, because of their incompetence, I have to go through my bank to dispute the charge and try to recover the rest of my money – something I should not have to do when the facts are this clear.
This has been one of the most bizarre shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Poor delivery handling, completely unhelpful support, and refusal to take responsibility. I strongly urge others not to use this company.

I ordered a dress from them over a month ago, never received a confirmation email, just a receipt email from PayPal saying I had paid for the dress. Nothing ever showed up, I have no tracking number as never received any confirmation email so can’t even follow it up!! Do not buy from here!!
Have emailed customer service team, and they claim to have delivered the dress and told me to keep looking for it? As if there are a million hidden spots a parcel could be hidden from view? It was never delivered and they seem to be refusing to resend or refund.
Terrible customer service and dress did not arrive
I ordered a dress on the 2nd of May and it still hasn’t arrived. I wasn’t provided a tracking number and I have contacted customer service numerous times and still haven’t received any answer or indication as to when I will receive the address. The website states standard delivery is 7 to 12 days Obviously if the dress arrives I will change my review however customer service is terrible. 
Get Compliments Every Time
Wearing this dress gives me such a confidence boost - I really love the design! Just wish it wasn't hand-wash only.
