I ordered a dress from here, and the material and quality are excellent—just like the pictures on the website. Bridal dresses do run small, so you may want to size up 1–2 sizes.

As someone with wide hips, the A-line design hugged just right and didn't bunch up. Really thoughtful design.

Just wanted to share my experience ordering from Toperth so others are aware.

I ordered a dress and a top. The dress came quickly and fit wonderfully — no issues there. However, the top never arrived. I contacted customer service, and they said they would send a replacement.

Almost 3 weeks later, the top finally arrived… but they sent a large when I ordered a small. I reached out again, and they told me I could get a refund — but only if I shipped the item back to China at my own expense.

This wasn’t my mistake — they sent the wrong size — yet I’m still expected to pay international shipping to return it.

Just a heads up: if something doesn’t fit or there’s an issue, you may end up eating the cost. Proceed with caution when ordering

I hate stiff, itchy formalwear, and Toperth's satin dress was none of that. Ultra soft and sexy without being too much.

AVOID!!! If you want to return any items they want you to send it to CHINA which costs a fortune. The quality of the products are terrible! Avoid at all costs!!

Do not order from this company. I paid £60 for an order almost 3 months ago and still have not received anything and they are refusing a refund.

Well, Ive order a dress..didnt like it, it was very poor quality.it was about £37..asked for return , they send me an info if I want to send it back it need to be tracked back to China.costs 27£, never deducted from a dress purchase...not Worth it at all..you get you money back but minus 27 shocking. NEVER AGAIN...LOST 37£

My order came in two weeks, but I was notified in advance so that helped. The dress fits and reflects the image exactly.

i have received a defective dress from Toperth Boutique and they just provide store credit, quality of clothes is very bad, never again buy anything from this store.

I ordered two dresses, I then tried to return one of the dresses and I was told that I could get store credit for the price of the dress, great! Well then when I try to then use the store credit it doesn’t work, it just keeps telling me it’s been applied but doesn’t come off of the total, I reached out to them and then rather than getting any help ordering they just added more to my store credit amount… which still won’t come off of my total.

I ordered my 3 items in May 2025 for £82. They took around a month to arrive which was as expected. When they arrived the items were cheaply made and were not good quality for the price, they also didnt fit me properly therefore i requested a refund. I was told to send the items back to their warehouse in China and customer services provided me with an address. When i took the items back it cost me £16 to return with DPD!!

I waited months for the return and refund to be processed, being promised by customer services and soon as they had the package i would hear from them, i kept checking the DPD website to see if the parcel had arrived but it said being cleared by customs in China and gave up checking. We are now in February 2026, its 6 months since i sent the package with my returns inside, and today the same package has somehow been sent back from China to my address.
This company is an absolute SCAM, I have done everything they have asked me to do in order to return my items and get a refund. We are now 6 months down the line, im £98 pounds out of pocket in total with no resolution in sight.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Their printed tees and sweatshirts are perfect for my weekend outfits. I love the soft cotton material and cute sayings.

I bought a dress back in June 2025. I decided to return the dress in July. Like other reviews, I also decided to brush off the fact that it cost me almost the same amount of money to return the parcel as was similar to the cost of the dress, due to the fact it had to be returned to China. For whatever reason I don’t know. I was provided with a return address via email from a toperth ‘employee’.

I never heard anything from the company, no refund. Not a thing. Fast forward to today and I have received the returned parcel back to me? I definitely won’t be ordering anything from this ‘company’ again. Lost out on the guts of £80. That is just class isn’t it!

The dresses I ordered are beautiful and of good quality. The blue one will definitely have to be steamed but very nice thickness to it. The pink flower detail is so cute. Can’t wait to wear them both
