Bob is helping me resolve my issue with cancellation of my subscription

I was very shocked to find myself signed up to topbagland.com and two other services when I completed a questionnaire for a Northface bag and completed a payment for R36 for delivery to my house. However what shocked me even more was when I got home from the mall and opened my emails and I had a email from the customer care department stating that they had looked into my case and where refunding my money. I had never asked for this, just that they cancel the subscription. I think it was very kind of them to take the initiative and go that one step further. I want to that Eugene from the Escalation Department . I run a Media House and I am very impressed with your service , Bianca

I had an issue with the discounts but was quickly resolved by their customer service team. I won't be doing shopping for the next couple of months due to budget reasons but will definitely visit the shop again.
