I made a mistake and the help was very much appreciated I am on my way to getting a refund because I didn’t understand the way it went

The representative got on my concerns very quickly

I did not authorize the purchase. This is just am email response, no real person or confirmation of actual refund.

I don't know how I ended up apart of this company, I'm still awaiting items I've purchased to know if I like them 100% but overall I guess it's ok.

I was over charged and contacted customer service immediately. They said they sent a refund. We will see. But thank you for being so quick in your response.

Escalation team was quick to resolve my issue.

Hello I believe I accidentally bought the wrong thing and it brought me to this website but Alero helped me.

My card was used to make an unauthorized purchase. They were very helpful when I reached out to them.
Brenda has been very understanding and helpful.
