Terrible nuisance of a company my wife…
Terrible nuisance of a company my wife and I have 2 policys with legal and general and they absolutely hounded my wife about a new policy even after we told them over n over n over over again we didn't want to renew. Eventually had to get in touch with legal and general to tell them to tell top quote to stop. Beware legal and general there not putting you in good light!!

Our records indicate that we have only completed one 7-minute phone call with you, so I am not sure if you have confused our company with another. In line with your request, your number has been removed from our system. If we could be of any other help at all, please let us know.
Took out life and critical illness
Took out life and critical illness. After starting a new job I no longer needed the critical illness so cancelled. So begins the harassing calls. I have now been very explicit that I did not need to talk to them about my cancellation however the calls keep coming. I have now blocked 5 different numbers. I am so annoyed I’m about to cancel my life insurance and go else where, the first person was very aggressive. Avoid at all costs.

TQ contacted me to make sure the information they had on file was still correct. They were polite and understanding. They then helped me to review my options and update my cover so that it looked after my family. All staff were a pleasure to deal with.

Really pushy sales technique
Really pushy sales technique. I had to be rude and hang up in the end, as the guy would not give up. I currently have a Legal & General policy which will end in a couple of years and they were trying to upsell me a replacement policy. I said I'd by happy to look at a quote, but wouldn't make any decisions today. But the guy just kept pushing - how much would I be happy to pay out, etc. This has put me off the company completely and also Legal & General as they represent them.

Unwanted telephone calls from them
Received a phone call from them on Fri 18 Feb 2022 from male telephone canvasser claiming to be a protection specialist after I cancelled legal and general policy. I told them that I didn't want any contact from them. Please avoid this company as they will do their best to make you buy policies and cover that you don't want or will not respect your wishes for no contact. They will give you unwanted phone calls in order for you to buy their products and life insurance and other protection policies. From Ankuri Bhowmik

I required new policies putting in place. The people I dealt with were extremely helpful, professional and polite. I also had to make further contact to discuss a couple of points. Again they were extremely helpful and certainly didnt make me feel that my queries were silly or menial. I cannot fault them in any way at all. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.
