Enjoyed working with them in writing my first of many books I have planned to write

My first concern about ordering the book, is the abhorrent number of Scams on the internet. Nothing was further from the truth. They stayed InTouch throughout the process. The book is beautiful, and my husband LOVED it, in spite of making fun of his impossible to get through, shop. My suggestions would be, when you order one, the AI can only add what you put in. Get very specific and add as much detail as you can. You will never regret it. This probably won't be the last book I order from them. You can order with confidence.

I ordered 10 hard cover books just before Christmas and I was hoping to get them by Jan 9th. The time line was very tight. I did everything I could to have all the info Tooxt required to push the books into manufacturing. I then emailed them kindly asking what the odds were of getting them on time. The Tooxt team was very kind and conservative in their response. In the end, the books did come on time. I am unsure if this is the delivery or if Tooxt made changes internally, but the time could not have been better. It was a great experience ordering them, and Tooxt team usually responded within 24h, offering great support in timely fashion. Those 10 books were very well received by their recipients, and I'd recommend Tooxt to anyone looking for something very special to offer.

The book is amazing!!! I’m going to give it to my boyfriend for our 1 year anniversary. It’s one of a kind and I know he is going to love it just as much as I do.

What made my experience great was that this creation of this book called Brooklyn’s unwritten Rules is especially charming is its origin. Knowing it was created just for fun and it adds an extra layer of magic. I love it.

I wanted to just try this out, but it turned out to be a great experience. I like how the company tries to incorporate my meaningful ideas into the story. It makes it more personal to me.
Yes the questions can be very tiresome, but it only adds to the process of making characters, building a story and creating something great.

Ok so the book .
The front cover with my wife’s picture on it and a Title I’d personally asked for , good start.
The back cover three reviews saying how great a book it was and so funny , believable good start.

Inside ……..this is where it all simply fell apart tragically and I’m sorry unforgivably so.

Not once is her name inside …..and we don’t live in Manchester!

The entire book is stories about a man that runs a shop in Manchester.

Her reaction delight at the front cover then forget it , complete Meh ? ,she will never read it and neither will anybody else.
My reaction, I paid £30 for a front and back cover , wish I’d never done it

The book was great quality and my granddaughter loved it. She could not put it down and put it under her pillow. 🥰

The idea of a book about a loved one is a great idea, but what was special about this company is their business and honesty.
The product was not going to be ready because overwhelming orders. Your company sent apologies and offers a PDF of the book to see it before it arrives. You

Also the consistent communication with respect to email questions.

The originality of having a personalized item with friends included in it was amazing

I made two book purchases for two of my granddaughters for their birthday and the books that I purchased were amazing they are going to love it. And the books came way before the due dates so that was awesome showed up before their birthdays. Thank you

At first I was kind of doubtful about the company because I didn’t receive my book in the timeframe they promised but they kindly reached out to me and explained their situation being Christmas time and the amount of orders received. I received several emails letting me know the situation with my order until I received it. With the book itself I am very pleased and my son was very happy with his gift. Thank you.

This was such a great product! The details were so thoughtful! I had done a light hearted “book” based on my son. I couldn’t believe how nice the product really is. Well worth the $! I will recommend this to anyone looking for a unique gift. So FUN!!! Only concern it was late printing but the product made up for the delay! You must get this!

I bought two books to give as Christmas presents. They both arrived promptly and in great shape. They were awesome! I'd buy again for other people, I bet kids would love a book about them.
No complaints but they did keep calling me by the wrong name in tracking updates. Funny though!

The first time I got a book from you, there was a page that was not completed. I got a replacement book just now, and it has the same problem. The issue was not resolved, and so I will not be using this company anymore

I ordered a book on Dec 16th hoping it would make it before xmas. Unfortunately it didn't which I expected being a week before xmas. The communication with Tooxt team was excellent. They sent me a pdf copy if I wanted to use that. The book arrived the first week of January and my daughter loved it.
We ended up ordered 10 books on Dec 20th for our team and they arrived by Jan 9th. We will be ordering from them again.
