First off, the casino slots are horrible, choppy, visuals are terrible. Games I've never seen. Not the usual.
With $100 of mine, $100 of their's, 80 free 10c spins. Blink and it's over. With nothing.

Please avoid using this platform/site. Customer service is terrible. I deposited my own funds and placed a bet that won and received a quarter of the payout because they combined my wager with “bonus money” from the deposit. When asking them and requesting the full payout as to why this happened and that did not select bonus funds, they slap you with the “terms and conditions” phrase and don’t answer any of my valid questions as to how?! Avoid them at all costs, bonus wagering is garbage and almost impossible and customer service is non existent, at least not with the customer in mind!

Oh my god. Had to make an account just for this review. I won a claw machine and got a $45 bonus. After wagering 30x I had over 1000 profit. Guess what? They took it all and left me with $150 cause that's the cap. Not advertised at all. Just told me to wager 30x but if you scroll all the way down in tiny fine print you see it. Support doesn't help. They literally stole $1000 for themselves. That money didn't just disappear. I want it back. I worked for it. Ridiculous. Awful in every way!! Enjoy my money you scammers.

And don't tell me to reach out to customer support. I did. If you want to give me my money back you have my email associated with my account. You won't though.

My winnings were not added to my balance, it stated i won and I did a screenshot immediately when my balance never changed.

I reached out to support right away and they has to escalate it to the proper department. Even though I submitted the proof, 5 days later they claimed " I was paid accordingly ". My balance was $3.29 and never changed.

My balance was low and was able to notice funds not added. Imagine what they do when you have higher balance and it's much easier to not notice the discrepancies.

I absolutely do not trust or recommend this casino.

Tooniebet asked me to reply to my review this morning. I will oblige. The sight looks great and works perfect. The only problem is wanting to withdraw any winnings. The information you request is standard for the most part, which most online casinos request. You were given that information twice, yet your support team kept asking for more information, some extremely personal, and denied any withdrawel. When I was told passport is not a recognized valid for of ID, as well as being asked for 3 months of bank statements, then the flags went up. A casino does not need to know my personal income, who I invest with and amounts, bill payments, land tax payments, heating and hydro payments. This almost sounds fraudulent. Yet, when I explained this and still provided additional information, your casino refused to pay me. Therefore I spent all $7000.00 tastefully on stupid bets just trying to clear the account clean. I will never use this sight again, nor should anyone else. I am going to provide the Alcohol and Gaming Commission full transcripts between us, and ask them what guidelines do they set forth to give Casinos the rights to exist. Personally, I believe they failed me and should be held accountable.

Terrible! I am trying to withdraw $600 fromAug29 winnings, and they are making me jump thru hoops. Completed their initial verification but rules keep changing.
The Ontario gaming Association should investigate and monitor more deliigently this site and their process.
