Not a swiss company. Late delivery. Don't send packages together so multiple customs fees required. Don't have swiss plug. Save yourself the hassle and just buy in switzerland.

Don't trust delivery times!
I read the reviews on slow shipments and somehow thought it wouldn't apply to me since the product page said "1 to 3 working days"... but here I am, waiting for my order for weeks and support tells me it's going to take another month :(

Dishonest and Rude
They have terrible customer service. Even thought their website says .de they are not in Germany (is that legal ?) I tried to return a poorly made faulty item but was met with judgment and rudeness. I will never use them again. Will now use Amazon - they have a no questions, free return, full refund policy. No communication with snarky unfulfilled members of staff.

This is not a Swiss store nor a Swiss company. They clame to deliver within days but it's within weeks. When I wrote them because the delivery takes too long they cancelled my order.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Do not trust Tool nation.
I ordered a package and waited for 2 months to receive. Two months later has not even arrived at the hub. When you send an email they do not reply or reply with excuses. When i opened the case with PayPal they were quick to respond informing me that i needed to cancel the case with PayPal for them to refund me. Had i done that they would have stolen my money. SCAM!
Thanks to PayPal i was refunded.
