Misleading availability and super Slow delivery, poor customer service, dreadful website

Needed an urgent spare part so that I could continue with a job - in stock on the website. Over a week later nothing sent. Followed the instructions on the super hard to navigate website to inform them in writing using the impossible to find customer service form, of my order cancellation and then 48 hours after my cancellation notified of the shipment.
Now have to go through all the hassle of returning item that I cancelled.
Slow and shoddy, impenetrable service.
I prefer to support businesses outside of Amazon, so used another supplier who also has stock and shipped next day.

Do not take the test it results in fraudulent card transactions

Do not take the test - inevitably you must pay a small amount to actually see you results, and even if you reject any further pop-ups attempting to upsell you, it results in multiple charges to your credit card, small amounts and then €29.99 recurring weekly.

MyIQ contacted me via Trustpilot to offer a refund of the extra charges and this has now been made to my account. Having no other way to contact them - I received no emails setting up an account for which a “subscription” was being charged, this is a relief.
I note though, that many other people have also made reviews indicating that the same problem is ongoing, so they have not changed their practices despite claiming in email communications a “change in management” and change in business practices. I cannot recommend, even with the helpful after service.

As visible on the website, the delivery time of this is 3 to 6 weeks, so it's correct that you haven't received it yet. This delivery time is still current, so I expect you to receive it in about 3 weeks.
