The price of the boards , I found out after is greatly inflated. These can be bought for as little as 25 euro. very frustrated to be extorted like I was. Will not use this service again. Product fine. Delivery fine. Price awful.

I ordered my spray marker in blue and received a box of red instead which is of no use to me as it’s harder to see when sprayed on the ground

Can't complain about Toolman. Called to the shop, was given a hot drink and told them what I was after. Took me into the warehouse and we haggled a deal which was far cheaper that the other 2 shops I could have bought from. Left with purchase, vat invoice and all paid up. They appear to be a very busy business with stock coming and going while I was there. Surely a good sign. I'm a happy customer and will be back.

Bought a mixer €2999 plus vat wasn’t delivered on time , had to go collect it myself from a warehouse in cork, the main leg was Twisted , another bit of damage here and there , it’s working that’s a blessing , I have not received vat invoice , despite asking countless times , their phone seems to be passed around to anybody that will dog you off , far cry from the helpful sales patter , since they got payed, I still need an receipt , not at all happy ,,/

Hi Stephen, there must be some mistake, we don't have a warehouse in Cork. You must be confusing us with another company.

To deliver it to my door , said they could not . To say that I have the wrong company I find insulting , if I have the wrong company, may you please return the €3198 that was transferred nfrom my bank to Toolman Ltd on the September 16th . 2022 copy of which I have forwarded to trust piloted. And revenue will most likely want a copy also , in original review I stated that the condition of the product was far from satisfactory, and your treatment of a customer once the payment had went through changed to that which , goes beyond disappointment, now your response has further more shown the flippant. Disregard you have shown towards me , all I had requested was a vat receipt ,as is expected and required by law,

My accountant contacted toolman.ie and spoke to someone in accounts and receipt has been received,! They were helpful and professional, I wish the sales team had acted accordingly, my company can now claim the vat on my purchase, this could and should have been dealt with sooner , if toolman wish to flag and get review removed, they can . But the review of the whole experience is true and now been proven . Gripe over

I purchased a brand new petrolHyundai hedge trimmer from these guys in the 1st July, it worked fine on the day. 12 days later I tried it again, this time it would not start. So I was very disappointed, and took the product back to request a refund for a faulty product. They refused as said the product would have to be inspected, and I quote he said for all I know you could have filled it with diesel or been trying to chop down trees with it. Rather insulting I felt, as used petrol tools most of my life. He also said leave it with us and it will be back in a couple of days. A week passed, nothing. I called the store, a guy answered and told me it was with the supplier I will call them and come back to you. Nothing again ! A few days later I called again, same scenario heard nothing. I left it a week and tried once more, got a guy in the morning who yet again failed to call me back. Phoned in the afternoon, spoke to a lady, who said sorry he has been trying to call you, I wonder ??? She said leave it with me I will personally chase it up and come back to you. No surprise when I didn't get a call back. I finally found out the name and email address of their director, so decided to write to him and ask why I hadn't heard back from them and requested a credit. yet again nothing, no response. Up to the 23rd of August I still did not hear back from them. This without a doubt is the worst service I have every experienced, I question how they are still in business. Or if they should be !
