Easy to use, I find that stores rated 4 and above provide an excellent variety and quantity of items. Usually tends to be great value and a good way of trying new items at a discount.

Too good kept me up to date when company, Aldi, cancelled bag on two occasions as no spare food available. Greggs were excellent for service and content. Too Good let me know when money was taken for bag.

What fantastic breakfast from Toby Carvery on Queens Drive. More than enough for two people. Great quality great price and great food. Highly recommend

Order made last November never received. With the business of Christmas and life I didn’t realise until I checked my account in March. Flat refusal for a refund as ‘over 30 days’. Awful patronising AI customer ‘service’. Said things like ‘hope you’re feeling better’ - puke! Human service just as bad. They have the cheek to say I took too long to contact them when they have been messing me around in the most frustrating way for nearly 5 months. They have offered me a refund in vouchers. Completely unacceptable. Good idea, awful company hiding behind a moral ethos

Intuitive app, good offers, stress-free pickup. Offers truly are value for money. As long as you're ready to be surprised and not picky, it's a great experience.

The parlour donut surprise bag was great. It a good selection of donuts. I would buy again. The circle k, well I was expecting something else entirely something different. The guy just walked around the store and picked stuff off the shelves. I was expecting prepared in house items. I probably won't get it again. I hope more places join.

You can not get bagels like this any where else. These are ALWAYS soft on the inside and just enough crunch on the outside. They always taste great!!

​Absolutely love Too Good To Go! It cuts down on food waste, offers great prices, and gives you a fun reason to try local spots you wouldn't normally visit. While it would be awesome if a few more places had daytime pickup times instead of just evening, it’s still a 5-star service all day long. Keep up the good work and keep bringing on new places!

The food was ok, not the best, the cake we were given was a bit dry and was two tiny end slices, we got one traveller size pie which was nice enough and then one almond croissant which was nice but a bit soggy. I feel like I am not inclined to do another bag from this location due to the value not necessarily being there. When you compare to what you get from other places it seems far less. For example, bakers delight you pay $9.99 and get $30 worth of items and usually great choice and range in items and it definitely feels like money for value. This was $10.49 for only $21.00 worth of items and I don’t think the items felt like it was worth $21 anyway.

We went to The Whipped Baker in Welcome Bay a few days ago. I had the best cinnamon bun I have even had. Also, the cream donuts looked amazing. Then, yesterday, I was reading about Too Good to Go and found that The Whipped Baker was one of the businesses that supported it. So I decided to get a Surprise Bag. I was not disappointed! REALLY good value for $5.99. One of the five items in the box would have been at least that much! The food was fresh and tasty and the young man who served me was friendly and welcoming. I'm back there tomorrow for a cinnamon bun. :)

It was easy and fantastic to save money and divert waste. Good quality products and easy process to secure the packages using the app.

It’s very hard to catch a deal before it sells out! The pick up process is very smooth with Whole Foods. Out of the bags we have gotten, almost all of the product was good. I threw out one loaf of bread that was too hard to eat and didn’t soften up in the microwave, but the other goodies have been fab once heated lightly. I am really enjoying the program.

Thought I would get some interesting sides at California Fish Grill for the price, but was clear they didn’t have surplus and I waited while they whipped up plain beans, rice and kale. Nothing I would have paid for and not worth the value of the order. I could have made all three at home for far less.

When I picked up pizza from pizzerias for 7 bucks, it was always a whole pizza, and so were my friends, but here it was 3 slices for 6 dollars, and the sauce was so sour that I just threw it in the trash.

The app is easy to use to claim an offer and the process of picking up my surprise bag was very easy. The quality of food that I received was great, too.

Everything so far has been good and we have tried 2 different businesses that we didn’t know about before and really liked.
