Avem în această industrie cea mai rapidă creștere de e-shop și nu intenționăm să se schimbe nimic.

Disappointing Experience with TonerPartner.ro
I'd like to share my recent experience with TonerPartner.ro, and I must say I was extremely disappointed. I placed an order for a Xiaomi G20 Lite EU vacuum cleaner on 29.05.2024, after receiving confirmation that the product was available and would be delivered by 03.06.2024. However, this experience turned out to be a real challenge.
After not receiving any updates on the estimated delivery day, I decided to contact their customer service. And here's where the nightmare begins. After hours of waiting and multiple attempts to get a response, I was informed that the ordered product is no longer in stock and that my order had been canceled. This happened without any prior notification from them and without offering an alternative solution or adequate compensation.
This total lack of transparency and professionalism makes me seriously question the seriousness of this online store. It is unacceptable for a merchant to accept orders for products they do not have in stock and not promptly inform customers about this situation. It is clear that TonerPartner.ro does not live up to the promises made to customers and does not value their experience.
In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone to avoid TonerPartner.ro. My recent experience demonstrates that this online store is not trustworthy and can easily be considered an example of deceptive business practices.
