Instead of the 2-3 days it usually…
Instead of the 2-3 days it usually takes from any other company to deliver an item, it took them 20 days. I could've ordered from China and got it at the same speed. They had "on stock" on the website, but after 1 week they tell me they actually don't have it in stock and it'll take another 1 week to get it... 2 weeks or more to ship one item. Slowest company in europe

Printer still asks for original cartridges
The order was very well handled and I received it quickly. However, my printer did not start with replacement cartridges. I tried everything - I guess there is no way to put the new cartridges to good use.

Scam and fake discounts
Scam. They offer fake discounts—after you place the order, they claim the item is out of stock and recommend that you rather cancel or otherwise wait indefinitely for restocking. I chose to wait. Two weeks later, the product was listed on their website again for a while, at a higher price, yet they still refused to ship it, saying it was still out of stock.
