A game changer for my body
I’ve always been active- Pilates, yoga, the gym, but I still felt like something was missing. Trying SMM filled that gap completely. My body now feels more balanced and significantly stronger. I started with the regressions and quickly progressed to the full movements.

100% worth it
I’ve spent over £3500 on other programs and felt duped and got virtually no relief let alone lasting repair with my back - my friend suggested trying this guy a go and I was shocked at after just a few weeks I knocked out virtually all my sciatic pain and some of my other back problems ( usual l4&l5 disc displaced still after prolapsing them 6yrs ago )
Helped so may other areas out in my body too - I’d be surprised if anyone who tries this and doesn’t get results because the community chat group he adds you into really shows you that everyone on there is making progress .
Can’t recommend this guy enough . Always updating and he also chimes in on your own input on the chat group
And really good value for money 👌

The Simplistic Mobility Method created by Tom Morrison and his amazing team has allowed me to change my life. I’m not waffling and gushing here, I’m being genuinely serious. For years I had hip and lower back niggles that kept interrupting my active life outside of work, but after just 6 months of daily SMM practice it massively reduced these niggles to a memory. On top of this, Tom’s advice and videos around strengthening this and shoulder joints and of course the “Full Ninja” band exercise has helped me switch to an active career after decades in an office job. What’s on offer to you from Tom Morrison is not just another flexibility programme, it’s far more than that. It’s an investment in the future you, an investment that will keep you active and strong joints well into old age. He offers great advice about lifting heavy things to help promote bone and muscle health as well, all garnered from his own personal experience of living with challenging joint and mobility issues.

Program is great but needs an app
This program is great. I initially found many of the movements challenging, but the regressions gave me an excellent baseline to work from. I do find the strengthening portion of the exercises can be a bit overwhelming if you have severe hip and back imbalances like I do, but again working off of the regressions is very helpful. I was finding that some of the squat and lunge movements were difficult for me without regressing. Working through SMM has let me get back into the gym again after being stuck totally for at least two years. Tom makes the exercises fun and makes them make sense.
The only reason for the four star review is the lack of a SMM app for the phone. The web browser interface isn't always the smoothest to work with. I find that I usually need multiple windows open to see the video and the description in the e book and my score sheet, and an app could consolidate all of this to one page where you can follow videos and read and self score as you go along. Besides this, the program is amazing, and while you might not feel better overnight, after a couple of weeks I found I was having more good days than bad.

Simplistic Mobility Method
Just over a year ago I was in a lot of pain with hip bursitis, back pain and could hardly walk. I had always been fit and thought my life was over. After numerous visits to the physio and in a bigger mess than when I started I discovered Simplistic Mobility Method. After reading reviews I decided to buy the programme. Best decision I ever made. This man is a genius. Within a couple of weeks I was pain free. All the exercises are explained really well and there are follow alongs. A year on I'm back doing my regular exercises and running around with my Grandkids. SMM is part of my regular exercise making sure I fit it in 2-3 times per week with my other exercise routine. If you are on the fence or have any doubts, just do it, it will be the best decision you make. Thank you Tom and team for giving me my life back.

Back Pain Management that Works! You can stop looking!
This man and his team have created such an effective back program that I can’t praise it enough! Tom also responds to online questions quickly and will steer you with sage advice for the most prudent approaches for pain. No hard sell, just sound advice from a man who’s “been there” and not just an “influencer”dabbling in wellness trends. His programs are money well spent!

Amazing programs if you are serious about your health
I have been doing SMM for just over a year. It makes a huge difference as long as I am consistent. Tom Morrison and his team are the real deal. Their other programs also look fantastic. Something to aim towards. I definitely recommend them.

The exercises did not help and were…
The exercises did not help and were counter intuitive to the left hip and right shoulder pain I was having. Postural physical therapy with a practitioner helped fix the pattern these exercises were putting me into.
Disappointed that there is no customer service or option for a refund

SMM changed the way I approach my training
I bought the Simplistic Mobility Method about three years ago, and it has had a much bigger impact on my training than I expected.
Before SMM, mobility always felt complicated and overwhelming to me. I knew I had limitations in my body, but I didn’t really understand what to do about them. The program made something that felt confusing suddenly simple and approachable and gave me a clear place to start.
What surprised me most was how much it changed the way I understand my body and my training. For years I had been compensating in different movements because of mobility restrictions without fully realizing it. Working through SMM helped me address those limitations and gradually improve movements that previously felt restricted or out of reach.
Over time that started to open doors in my training. Movements that once felt impossible or uncomfortable became things I could actually work on and improve, and that alone made a huge difference.
But the biggest impact wasn’t only physical. It completely changed how I approach training. Instead of repeating the same workouts that weren’t really moving me forward, I now have tools to explore my own movement, identify weaknesses, and continue progressing.
Because of that my training has become both more effective and much more enjoyable. I’m able to challenge myself in ways I simply couldn’t before.
I also had the opportunity to work with Tom for about a month, which gave me some great tools for building my own training and continuing to challenge myself. But the real foundation of everything has been SMM.
One important thing I’d add is that the program rewards curiosity. It’s not something you follow passively — it works best if you’re willing to explore your own movement and put in the work.
Even today I still use SMM as a reference point, both to check where my mobility is and as a foundation to keep building from.
For me, SMM has genuinely changed both my body and the way I think about training.
So a big thank you to Tom and the whole team for the work you do and for creating tools that help people better understand and improve their bodies.

Feeling Great at 66!
Two years ago, at 64, I was tired of dealing with hip and back pain. I searched online and tried different exercises to try to improve my issues. None seemed to help until I came across Tom’s program. I began with the simplest of routine and stuck with it. I love Tom’s attitude and his ways of explaining why stretches worked. His humor kept me going.
Fast forward to today, at 66, I now play pickleball ball twice a week. I also go to a gym twice a week where I lift weights and box…. yes box, with a little kickboxing too! I used to hate doing squats because once I got into that position, I couldn’t get up without grabbing onto something. Today I have no issues! I am now squatting with weights. I will tweak my back from time to time but Tom has given me the tools to keep moving. Best of all, and besides feeling great, I no longer have osteoporosis thanks to being able to use weights and by monitoring my calcium and protein intake.
This all takes time and patience and at 66, I am SO go glad I found Tom. It all started with Tom and his program!

Been doing the very basics of this…
Been doing the very basics of this program for a month. After over two years of being so fragile and worried about my back injury, gaining weight and not being able to move and be the kind of father I want to be, after just a month of easy practice I'm walking better than I have in years. I feel much more confident with my body. A few months ago my chair suddenly dropped a few centimetres unexpectedly and I was bent over shuffling around in pain for a week after. A few days ago I slipped and fell two metres down a near vertical river bank carrying a fishing rod. After that impact on my body my back was completely fine. I feel like I've gotten my old body back. Thanks Tom.

How Tom and his Team changed my life
I fractured my hip 12-25-24 which required a surgically placed rod with screws. I went to outpatient PT and was told I was the 2nd stiffest person they treated. My progression was OK. I am 74 and mobility is very important. I found Tom in mid December, 2025 and am 100% better. I am more mobile, my daily walks are better, i have improved strength, can do my daily routines. Tom and his team offer a specific order of movements that no Physical Therapist ever showed me. They show you how to perform the movement and then how to perform an easier version of that same movement which was important to me. Thank you for improving my flexibility and movement and my life.

Best thing I ever did
Best thing I ever did, although it didn't feel like it at first, or for the next two weeks. The hardest aspect was suspending judgement while sticking to the instructions. The emotional tide permanently turned as soon as improvements began to appear.

Another happy SMM customer
Another happy SMM customer. Almost all of us will struggle with injuries at some point and many of us have chronic pain. Then there’s arthritis, muscle loss and reduced bone density (past midlife woman here, so I’m speaking from a place of experience)
And let’s face it, much of the above is preventable or can be minimised if we do the right things before they begin or worsen.
I certainly needed to do something before I gave up and did nothing!
After lots of viewing of Tom and the gangs free content I tentatively signed up for the basic SMM package.
After several weeks of consistent work I can feel a noticeable difference. Certainly getting less pain and therefore better sleep. Pretty sure I’m already stronger and confident that I can do new stuff.
This doesn’t happen by osmosis, it happens by showing up consistently, not pushing too hard but gradually building.
I pushed too hard initially and caused what Tom calls a Whoopsie, soon got over that and found my Goldilocks spot.
Recently I invested in the neck and shoulder fix.
Aim to keep getting flonger.
