So I was looking for replacement valves for my son's sippy cups and couldn't find them anywhere. I reached out to customer service and found out that the company no longer sells the valves. I was disappointed but the customer service agent that I spoke to sent me a complimentary cup to help. I appreciate it because now I have 1 less cup to replace. Every little bit helps. I had went to purchase new cups in…
I had went to purchase new cups in store. I noticed they had changed colors (pastel). While I think the new cups are cute and im sure the company agrees. My autistic son does not. He has a specific bright green cup that he will only use. I had searched online, and found no answers to our problems. I reached out to their customer support team. --- here comes the 5 star rating!--- the employee ms Izzy, was phenomenal. Not only dis she empathize she had took the time put in the work and found a solution. She had pride about her job and was happy to help. See this gracious lady was able to send me some new cups. The exact kind my child needs. I pray the employer recognizes what an asset Izzy was to not just my family but to their company! Im forever grateful for supporting a cup company that supports a family with a child who has a disability 🫶

I reached out to this company because I had lost a rubber seal for a sippy cup. They asked for a picture to make sure they could get me the right piece, and sent me 2 replacements at no cost at all. Great place, great customer service, will continue to purchase their products!

I had such a kind interaction and a positive experience with Rowan and Jude.
I ordered a package of infant bottles with some additional accessories through Amazon and I was missing a few pieces. Amazon was unhelpful. Tommee Tippee went ABOVE AND BEYOND checking in with me to see if my concern had been resolved by Amazon (which it had not).
Rowan was so apologetic for the inconvenience and has ordered some additional items for me.
