Love the end result
Love the end result. It came out beautiful. Only complaint would be the amount of screws provided with the kit is not sufficient to fill all the provided holes. I had to order additional screws which incurred additional cost.

HI Shayla, Thanks for the 4 stars and your review. Our brackets are designed only to require 2 screws for each set of 8 holes, which is the amount that's included with each bracket. Glad to hear your build came out so well.
Toja Grid Perfection
I researched Toja Grid products for a long time by looking at customer reviews, utube videos and constantly looking on their website. I needed quality materials that I could trust, professionally looking, and easy enough to use. I got all the above. But what I was really impressed by, was their shipping department that their product was delivered within the time span that they advertised and professionally packaged that none of the brackets were scratched or just thrown in a box. I was so impressed that I ordered another $1600 of brackets for my next project. I recommend Toja Grid products who to anyone who want a professional look to their DIY projects.

The structure is incredibly strong
The structure is incredibly strong and robust. Highly recommend anchoring it down and Always take the Sail cloth down when not in attendance.

I would have given a 5 star rating…
I would have given a 5 star rating except for the fact that I was missing one of two of 2 packs of 4x4 wall and railing brackets in my shipment. After sending a claim to the customer service email address which had to include photos of all the items in all the boxes and also including my shipping paperwork, I was asked to provide a photo of the shipping label on the box that the brackets were shipped in. By that time I had taken all of the components out of the boxed to inventory to make sure the two brackets were missing. I had to guess which box the brackets were in, and then was asked to provide shipping labels for all 7 boxes that were shipped to me. Lesson learned: take pictures of all of your boxes, including the contents as packed and all paperwork, including the shipping labels affixed to the boxes. I had to jump through a bunch of hoops to get customer service to agree to ship the missing brackets. Otherwise, all components that were delivered were in good shape despite some damage to the boxes, and the brackets look very well made, consistent in size with clean welds and a great finish. One other comment, the brackets are designed to fit dimensional lumber, that is 5.5" for 6x6's and 3.5" for 4x4's. I can't find milled 6x6's to the nominal dimensioned lumber so I had to use a router to mill the rough cedar to fit the brackets. Maybe in Canada dimensional timbers are more accessible but it definitely is a pain in the butt to get the oversized rough lumber to fit the brackets.

Save your money
This product is garbage from Canada! Shade sails fail after a couple weeks because the stitching is horrible. The brackets are not bad but what is the point of having a structure that doesn’t provide shade because they didn’t make the sails to last.

Hello Brett, as noted under our FAQ we recommend taking the shade sails down in high winds and in the winter months. As noted under our warranty that is also available on our website we do not cover weather related damages. You had mentioned that your shade sail was damaged in a thunderstorm. Sadly this situation isn't covered under warranty.
