I had some issues with the Toilet…
I had some issues with the Toilet hinges I had replaced last year, and went to order some replacements, then I realised that I may have warrenty as I had purchased them under a year ago, and when I informed them, they agreed and I received replacements under warranty, I was happy with their quick response, and customer service.

Update to a prior 5-star review
I initially wrote a 5-star review. Unfortunately, over a very short time, my toilet seat hinge began to leak the gel which made it soft close. I complained, was told to tighten the hinge screws (which didn't help the leak at all), but was sent a new one! Problem solved, I thought... Only for the second seat to do the exact same thing. I've now been trying intermittently for MONTHS to get this resolved and have been entirely and utterly ignored by Tohaa Designs. They have made a faulty product and seem uninterested in figuring out what's going wrong.

Such a cool piece for the bathroom!
While I'm extremely happy with the product and love the cool designs tohaa have available the after sales support was around shipping was lacking. I would have preferred an email with my shipping notification to be kept in the loop. In the email for my order it says 'to Follow your order and download your invoice on our shop, go to the Order history and details section of your customer account." I set up an account and my order wasn't there so I sent an email to check what was happening. I had a quick reply (thank you!) advising it would be shipped the following week and I'd receive an email. While I didn't receive a shipping notification, the item arrived 14 days later including the day I ordered and the day it arrived. The 4 star review reflects this particular hiccup.
