Very slow paperwork but money arrives
Together (via Brightstar) need a Huge amount of paperwork and they request it one by one
As such a loan that should have taken 1 week took over a month to arrive.
However, they are accurate and not picky, and finally granted me my loan, so I am happy!

This is my 2nd time of doing a…
This is my 2nd time of doing a remortgage with Together and it was a seemingly simple process. Lee did all the hard work and chasing up, he was able to answer all my questions and got me a really good deal….and accommodated all my requests. Thank you I will highly recommend Together.

Avoid - stressful, expensive and no real support
I honestly wouldn't recommend Together to anyone. My experience has been frustrating from start to finish. The whole process felt unnecessarily difficult, with constant delays and very little clear communication.
Customer service was particularly disappointing. I found them unhelpful and not supportive at all, especially when I needed clarity or assistance. It often felt like I was chasing them rather than being guided through what is already a stressfull process.
On top of that, the costs are extremely high compared to what you get. Fees, interest rates and overall charges make it feel very poor value for money. There's a lack of transparency, and things aren't always clearly explained upfront.

BEWARE: ADVANCE RING REDEMPTION AMOUNT & DATE
The loan was finally approved once all the financial checks were completed and sorted in approximately 2 or 3 weeks but when I went to repay the bridging loan , I was told that you must give adequate notice or pay extra months interest “penalty” apparently it is actually in the contract but no one ever really alerts you or brings it to your attention - and so I’ve incurred best part of £1,000 interest - future buyers beware read the contract and ring early as possible for redemption settlement figure and date when it’s most cost effective to repay the loan - not like me.

Working via Express Mortgages, everything seemed logical. Of course there was some paperwork to be completed but everything was explained well and the team were there to help if we had any questions.

Poor Customer Service
Very awkward to deal with. Double and triple checked everything solicitors had been paid to check. Delayed completion and took ages to respond. Only used because I had no other options.
