Okay but why did ring shopping feel like a full main character moment??
From the second I walked in, the vibes were immaculate. The service? 10/10, no notes. Huge shoutout to Emily, she was everything. I felt so seen, so heard, zero pressure, just pure support and excitement the entire time.
She really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted (and somehow made it even better than I imagined??). It wasn't just shopping... it was an experience.
Safe to say I'm obsessed. Already booked round two next week

We arrived at the beautiful Armadale store only to find it was appointment only. However we were greeted by the gorgeous Emili, who invited us in store.
Emili was so helpful and knowledgeable and made us feel welcomed even tho we did not have a booking.

Mackenzie was patient, thoughtful and informative. This was my first ever experience shopping for an engagement ring and I didn’t do any prior research. She was able to inform me on everything from carats, sizing, clarity etc with ease, and we found my perfect ring all in the one appointment!
