The Rabbit Hole of returns!
My experience started with not receiving an additional 5% off the order that was a promotion by Andi!
I ordered anyway, received the item promptly, but the color and style wasn’t a good fit, ( first time to order) went to the website to “Start a Return”, followed all instructions, packed appropriately and printed their label, expecting to receive a credit back to my form of payment! Instead they sent a gift card, which I replied I didn’t want, but wanted a refund!
Was told they couldn’t do that and I should have put that in a notes section somewhere which was not in the “start a return Section” I used!
Disappointed, I reordered, this time a topper, using the gift card I was given! I had to order something!
Hit apply and noticed they had charged it to my card again, not to the gift card! Another e-mail!!! Was told I didn’t hit the apply button! I did!
This time I received a reply from the owner, said she could see I had used the gift card and she could manually fix it and return to my CC! She promptly did and suggested next time I hit apply! ( I had and she could see it entered)
The order I placed was a good faith order, knowing it was a can not return item, but really was locked in by this time having to order something!
The topper never made it out of the box, color not even close to what I could use!
She was very pleasant and was sorry my experience had been so negative!
It is the rabbit hole with the first order that upsets me the most. I hope that process is improved, locking me into placing an order I can’t use!

Absolute nightmare
Absolute nightmare. I ordered a wig Jan 6th it never came. I emailed them to ask when it would be delivered , no date given, never any tracking. I then asked to cancel and if I did I would loose all the money. I still never received it. I’m beginning this company is a scam.

TL WIG without an "S" after the word wigs is a scam site who has been reported by us to the better business burea.
We always accept full returns and refunds. Our customers are #1 and always come first.
There have been so many people taken advantaged of from the scam site that stole our name and dropped the letter "S" after the word Wigs. Please be careful when ordering online. Unfortunately, there are a lot of scam sites out there. But just know, we are a legit authorized retailer with all of the name brand manufacturers.
The site that you probably ordered from TL WIG WITHOUT AN S AT THE END OF THE WORD WIGS, they steal our stock photos and use them as their own. But in reality, what they send you are clown looking wigs, and sometimes we are finding out that they are not even sending the customers anything at all.
I am so sorry that you have been scammed by them but like I said you need to look at your order confirmation when you placed your order and I am sure you are going to see that you did not order from us. We would never tell a customer that they could not return or they would lose their money.
Also, that scam site is from china, but they use a new york address. We are right here in Pennsylvania.
Again, please look at your order confirmation, look to see if you ordered from TL WIG without an "S". If so, you need to contact your bank immediately and let them know that it was a scam site, and to have payment reversed.
Then, you need to come back here and remove your negative comment on our business, because all it does is hurt us.And we are not them! We have worked very hard to get our business where it is today. We are a mother and daughter, family, C hristian business, who works very hard for our customers.
We have a facebook support group with almost 5k members who will all tell you that we are 100% legit and real. They also all know about the scam site who stole our name and dropped the letter "S" after the word WIG.

We asked you to send us the name of the styles you ordered and you sent 2 screenshots with pictures showing that you ordered from another website, that is not us. We are TL WIGS (with an "S") after wigs. You ordered from TL WIG (without an "S"). Which is a scam site. They have been reported to the Better business bureau and hopefully they get taken down soon. Please know that we are TL WIGS, you ordered from TL WIG (without an S). There have been numerous people who have been scammed by them. So, you need to contact your bank immediately and have payment stopped. We are so sorry that this has happened to you. It's so unfortunate that there are so many scam sites out there. They are not even from the U.S. From what we have been hearing, they don't ship you anything, or if they do, they ship you a costume clown looking wig. They steal other legit online retailers stock photos and advertise them as their own, so what you see and what you order are two totally different things. Please look at our website, which is TLWIGS.COM, compare to the website that you actually ordered from which is TLWIG.COM, you can clearly see from the pictures that you sent me of the wigs that you had ordered, it is clearly showing their website and their logo.
As I stated, there are a lot of scam sites out there who steal online legit retailers' names and then make one little change. In this instance, they just dropped the letter "S" from the word wigs. They also steal our stock photos and let you think that you will be purchasing a high quality wig. When in reality, they send you a clown costume, wig, and sometimes they don't even send you anything. This is so frustrating to us because we are not them and we hope, and we pray that something gets done and they are taken down!! When you order from us, we always ship same day or following day at the latest. We have excellent customer service and super fast shipping. We also are located in Pennsylvania. So please reach out to the correct website that you purchased from and also contact your bank and have payments stopped, immediately.

Very happy with all my purchases at TL WIGS. I always get excellent service and I have never had a problem if I need to return a wig that just isn’t the right color or I don’t like. I think it’s a shame that there is a scam site using this company’s name. They have dropped the s off of wigs and are scammers. Buyers beware that you are on the correct site. You want to purchase from TL WIGS.

I ordered a short salt and pepper wig…
I ordered a short salt and pepper wig and they sent me a medium blonde wig. I ask them to please exchange it and they told me to take it to a hairdresser. I filed a claim with PayPal and now they want me to ship it back to China at my cost and they will give me half my money back. This company is a scam. Evidently they have no quality control and their mistakes are paid for by their customers.
