We have been working with suppliers to bring our customers essential products and we are being careful to ensure we sell these within our normal low-cost model. However, as demand is very high for certain items the cost that we have to pay has been significantly increased. We assure you we are still trying to bring our customers the best prices on these items.

One of TJC’s founding principles is to do the right things, working with locally based charities who help us donate nutritious meal to children across the UK and India. Update 15.07.2026, I have received my refund and a necklace similar to which I had ordered. I was grateful for this gesture of goodwill. My initial experience was not great, but TJC went above and beyond to rectify the issue and make sure that I was happy. I therefore have adjusted my rating to reflect my improved opinion on my overall experience. Sometimes things go wrong, and TJC’s resolution definitely improved my overall opinion of the company.
Placed an order, no updates received, after 5 days reached out via chat to try to gain any insight into when I would receive product. Was told it was now out of stock so would not be sent… no communication of this prior! Refund requested will clear in a couple of days…will not use in future
Update to review, 10.07.26, TJC customer services recached out to me to resolve this matter, they have offered a full refund and a replacement item. I have included a copy of their communication below. Obviously in light of my previous experience, I will hold on with my editing of my rating, until I have a) the funds returned to my account, and b) whether I receive a replacement item. If these occur then I will definitely not rate this company 1 star. I am pleased that they appear to take customer satisfaction seriously.
We recently came across your Trustpilot review and would like to sincerely apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by your experience.
We have investigated your order and found that, unfortunately, there was an unexpected shortage of stock, which meant we were unable to fulfil your original order and had to process a refund. First of all, you must be honest with your customers! I ordered a bracelet, after open my parcel,I noticed the tag is attached outside the bag of the bracelet !!!!!! Why should I ring your customer service few times and explain the matter ? All they said was to return it, no apologies.
