We have been working with suppliers to bring our customers essential products and we are being careful to ensure we sell these within our normal low-cost model. However, as demand is very high for certain items the cost that we have to pay has been significantly increased. We assure you we are still trying to bring our customers the best prices on these items.

Oh my God I've complained to tjc I received an email stating that I was receiving a delivery from tjc today I sat in my damn flat all day today for nothing to be delivered. Apparently tjc looked into this they sent me an email stating that the issue has now been resolved well it certainly has not been resolved from my end tjc did not give me an explanation as to why I was left sitting in my flat all day today for nothing to be delivered. Disgusting service.

We have investigated your query and found that your parcel was marked as out for delivery on 4th July; however, there was an unexpected delay with the courier, and it was ultimately delivered on 6th July. While we always strive to ensure deliveries arrive as planned, unforeseen courier delays can occasionally occur. For this reason, we advise customers to allow up to 5 working days for delivery. As your order was placed on 1st July, it was delivered on the 4th working day, which was within the advised delivery timeframe.
That said, we completely understand the inconvenience and disappointment this caused, particularly after you had set aside time to receive your parcel. We never want our customers to feel let down, and we're pleased that we've been able to provide you with the best possible resolution to address your concerns.
