However, as demand is very high for certain items the cost that we have to pay has been significantly increased. We assure you we are still trying to bring our customers the best prices on these items.

One of TJC’s founding principles is to do the right things, working with locally based charities who help us donate nutritious meal to children across the UK and India. For every item purchased we donate a meal meaning our customers help us improve the lives of 35,000 children every day. When we have been able to source PPE we have been donating face masks and sanitisers to over 90 organisations from the NHS, care homes and social services.

Beautiful jewellery
Beautiful jewellery. Ordered a couple of items and they were all packaged well and delivered few days after ordering. Returned some earrings as they didn't quite match the necklace. This was easy to do and I was refunded quickly. Only thing I didn't like is that the website advises to insure you get a receipt so I sent recorded delivery but then they charged me £3.99 for P & deducted from my refund.

One of the gems fell out of my ring…
One of the gems fell out of my ring about 12 months after buying it, dont expect perfection for what I paid but I dont expect the gem to fall out after such little time considering the company prides themselves on quality .
Delivery was very good and the process of buying it was good. Just a shame that the quality doesn't live up to your expectations.

Carrying on from my review of tjc the answer they gave to my review was untrue,we had been communicating by email then suddenly that stopped,bottom line is a gold gate bracelet was purchased from this company 20 months ago and it has fallen apart,apparently after inspection it is beyond repair,I am a lady in my 70s and the bracelet was worn periodically,I have other gold jewellery I have had for years,I rest my case absolutely rubbish jewellery,buyers beware!
