We have been working with suppliers to bring our customers essential products and we are being careful to ensure we sell these within our normal low-cost model. However, as demand is very high for certain items the cost that we have to pay has been significantly increased. We assure you we are still trying to bring our customers the best prices on these items.

Community Giveback
One of TJC’s founding principles is to do the right things, working with locally based charities who help us donate nutritious meal to children across the UK and India. For every item purchased we donate a meal meaning our customers help us improve the lives of 35,000 children every day. When we have been able to source PPE we have been donating face masks and sanitisers to over 90 organisations from the NHS, care homes and social services.

The bag was sold as white it was a yellowish colour after reading review tjc refunded postage cost after agreeing item was not colour described perhaps it would be more constructive to describe items more accurately

After having the handbag checked, we found that whilst it does have a slight cream undertone, it is still considered white within the manufacturer's colour classification. We do, however, appreciate that it may not have matched your expectations of a brighter white shade.

Beautiful rubies and great customer service
For my 60th birthday, my husband bought me a beautiful ruby and lab grown diamond necklace from TJC and later ordered earrings to go with it. The earrings weren't quite right with the necklace so we sent those back and ordered different ones. We were out when they came so they got sent back, then redelivered. I am delighted with the necklace and the second pair of earrings and the customer service handling the returns was excellent. They gave us a refund for the first earnings.
The quality of the items is excellent and I would definitely order again, and in fact, have already ordered something else.

When I got cofused during my order the tjc staff were kind and understanding. Every thing went smoothly and I received delivery within a couple of days, which is unusual in Northern Ireland.
