Took too long to arrive. I'd forgotten what it was by the time it arrived. Darling shirt, though!

My order arrived quickly and was as expected. Great job.

The ordering was easy, although I bought more than intended for the free shipping. The main thing I wanted fits and looks great. The 2nd one is a bit snug in the bust, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to wear it.

Website was easy to use. Took a few days to get report of shipping - but items arrived, fit great, and I'm very happy. Lady actually stopped me in the store today to tell me how cute my dress is!

The dress I received was ill fitting and didn't look like the picture. When I contacted the company to get an exchange to a different dress, they said I can only exchange to a different size. Difficult return processes are a huge turn off. Be aware that if you don't like the dress after you get it, you are stuck with it.

Ordering was easy and the description and details were very well explained.
I need to return one item for a different size and contacted customer service, I got a very nice reply back very quickly.
Overall I would recommend and I look forward to ordering more!

I ordered this dress and another. They had me at “Made in South Carolina.” 🙄 Unsatisfied with the quality I returned them after securing a return authorization from the company—per their return instructions. The return was delivered to them over a week ago but still, no refund has been issued. Now their customer service, which was communicating with me daily prior to the return, will not respond to emails. 😔 BEWARE!!

Just so you know, they delete all the negative comments on social media AND negative reviews on their website. 🙄 SCAM ALERT! And… tiywe.com was first indexed by Google in August 2022. ScamAdviser says, “tiywe.com might be a scam. The trust score of the website is low.” Scam-Detector says, “Unfortunately, this website has a medium-low trusting rank.” Apparently, tiywe.com has Google reviews turned off—most likely for good reason!

I’m never sure what I’ll get when I order online. I am very pleased with the quality and the sizing was perfect. Sleeves are a little long for my short arms but that is easily fixed. I would order from you again!

My dress and top arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Both items were exactly as described and were even better than I had expected. I've already referred my sister to your clothing line and she ordered two items. I will be ordering more in the future!

ZERO customer service if you want to return for a refund. I offered to pay for return shipping. They offered me $20!!! I spent $79 plus shipping.

This company is a sham. Do not do business with them. I ordered two dresses that ended up being laughable, they were so poorly made. When I finally tracked down the company, they hassled me with lots of emails, told me to submit photos (one dress had a rip in the seam), and then told me they would refund me only $14. The dresses look nothing like what the model is wearing, and the company is a complete ripoff. I hope they go out of business.

The dresses did not resemble the advertisement in quality and styling. Sizing was off. Not a good representation. Cheap materials and cheaply made. A rip off. Don’t bother with this company. No way to contact customer service for returns. Illegitimate internet sites.

Just received delivery and have yet to try on the two dresses I ordered. Very fast delivery, much faster than last time. The dresses look beautiful.

4 of the 5 products delivered were perfect. The beige sweater had a few small runs in it, other than that the process was amooth and seamless

Product is beautiful. Soft knit. Love the cardigan fit. Bought a L which is y normal size. Fits through hips when zipped. Sleeves are loose so a blouse fits without the tight squeeze. I’m 5’3” 145.
