The Help desk is very professional and answered my question quickly. The product more than met my expectations.

They delivered when they said they would.

Be careful! If you try to return for a refund, it’ll be hard to get your money back! You’ll be offered discounted monies to keep the products. I was offered $20 then after refusing, $49 , then after refusing $65. I spent $139. not sure if I’ll even get the $65 I was promised.

Items received were exactly as pictured on website.

I purchased 3 items for $116. The clothing did not fit and I wished to return for a refund. I was offered $55 and to keep the Items that I can not wear.
If i could receive $70 refund I might be able to have the dresses altered to fit.

Beware! You can't make a return. Customer service communication is cryptic and not responsive.

If I could give a "NO" star review I would. Product was inferior quallity. Sizing was WAY off (either way too big or way too small - in the SAME size). Customer service is absolutely atrocious. I returned items to two different divisions of this company - SAME return address. I got a partial credit on one and the other I never got any money back on. MAJOR SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME.

I received everything in a timely manner and I felt the quality of the pieces was really good!

Can’t figure out how to return the dresses. There’s no information on what to do.

My dress came in on time and my experience has been good!

I have a return to make and it’s very hard to do. There are no instructions on how to go about doing this. I emailed customer service and did receive a reply within 24 hours that asked me additional questions and it’s been days now without a response back from them.

The blouses I ordered took a while to get here, but they did arrive! Sometimes ordering on Facebook you wonder if the item will ever show up or if it’s just a sophisticated scam.
The quality of the blouses is not high but the prints and colors are as shown and the light weighted fabrics make them easy to wear even when it is a little warmer. Overall I would order from them again.

The dresses were true to size, and I was worried they were going to come back as an extra small even though I ordered a large they came on time and they were nice

The dresses I ordered were just what was advertised.

I wanted to return 3 items at $100 the said they would credit me $44 dollars and keep clothing that doesn’t fit. What’s wrong with this picture. More like a scam!!

Clothes are fine. Pants are a bit tight and weird material but other than that, it’s fine.

Very pleased all around with my experience. I needed a dress for a rehearsal dinner and ordered a beautiful dress. It was delivered and OMG it was more beautiful than I thought. I am extremely happy with this purchase and can't wait to wear it. It is also something I can wear again!

I don't generally order through Facebook ads because of a bad experience, but I was impressed with the customer service, promptness of delivery, and quality of the dress. I love it and can't wait for warmer days to wear it. I am 5'4" and 140 lbs. Medium was a perfect fit.

Items arrived quickly and were of good quality and as described. Fit was good too.
