Tixr is amazing

Tixr is amazing! Due to my mistake, my tickets went to an account not associated with my email address when I logged in via Facebook. Tixr customer support went above and beyond to help me locate my tickets and get them back. Highly recommend! 😁

Not using TIXR again

Getting the tickets from StubHub to Tixr was inefficient, labor-intensive, and time-consuming. But the worst part was when I couldn't attend the show, I was literally stuck with the tickets. Tixr would not let me sell them. This was an expensive and extremely frustrating experience. I'll never be using the app again. I gave them 2 stars because
their customer service rep replied to me quickly (even though I didn't like any of the answers he provided.)

Hi Josh, we’ve reviewed your communication with our support team and can confirm that your original ticket purchase was made through StubHub, a third-party platform. Because of this, Tixr doesn’t have access to that transaction or the ability to process refunds or resales.

Tixr provides the platform for primary ticket sales and secure transfers between fans, but resale policies and transactions through secondary marketplaces like StubHub are outside of our system and terms. But service was fast and friendly and they won me over. I was very very close to never using your service again because of the mixup, but service was on par so I’ll be using you guys again. ◡̈

AMAZING Customer Service!!! :D

I purchased the Ultra Instinct tickets to Kameha con and I had gotten married, so I changed my last name, but the ticket would not allow me to manually change my last name. I went to the support page for Tixr and contacted their customer support than they changed not only MY last name but my husband's last name as well! THESE PEOPLE ARE AWESOME!!! They aren't just offering me and my husband a good time, but peace of mind, knowing that once I arrive, I don't have to worry about our last names not matching. Thank you Tixr, your support staff is fantastic.

Swift responses to online inquiries!

Their online FAQ's and directives are so in-depth, and clearly written, that you don't need to call customer service first. However, I did drop a quick email just before I was able to find my answer - and their swift response was a pleasant surprise! Now I know if there's a future question I have, I will no doubt receive a prompt answer - and that speaks volumes! Thank you Tixr!

Quick customer service response

I'm very impressed that customer service was able to resolve my issue with in a few hours after I sent the support request. Customer Service was very helpful and resolved the issue I was having. It would be nice if there was a phone number to contact but email worked out as well.

They are liars and like to comment that…

They are liars and like to comment that they do stuff and they don’t. They don’t take anything serious except stealing your money. There was no email notifications of a missed payments. And it was cancelled the same month the payment was missed. It was a mistake and they stole 64 dollars from me. Again don’t use them or trust what they say. It’s just to make their company look better.
