I was frustrated by the experience overall. I was only shown clothing items from a brand Commense, never heard of it, and wondered if its an internal brand. It didn't feel like the outfit was tailored to my body shape. Also, during the 1 hour first session, there were large gaps between conversation. My own AI tool showed me 4 outfits in 8 seconds on my own, doing it while waiting on the call just to kill time. When you sign up, you are getting 1 call/outfit per month for a year. I immediately unsubscribed the service the same day, so at least I won't have to pay again in a year. To me it wasn't worth the money or frustration.

After falling for this scam and realizing this product was NOT what I was looking for, I cancelled within 12 hours of signing up.
I contacted customer service and received the same canned response that all others have received (they wouldn't cancel for personal or financial reasons). However, any ethical company that literally never provided any service at all, would be happy to provide a refund.
I have contacted their customer service 3 separate times pleading my case but each time they give me the same canned response. I find it so completely unethical and disingenuous. If you truly have a valuable service to offer that people want to utilize, you shouldn't need to scam them into keeping their money.
I have contacted my bank and disputed the payment in order to rectify the issue since TITLE refuses to treat people with respect and honesty.

I started a trial on 12/25/26 and paid through PayPal. I reached out on 1/16/25 to ensure the subscription was canceled as I couldn't find an easy way to cancel. I was assured in an email by Alex Black that subscription was canceled and no further charges. On 1/22/26 I was charged $44.99. I reached out to Alex Black again and exchanged emails that included screenshots of the charge and he continued to assure me the account was canceled. I asked to speak to someone or deal with someone else but he kept responding the account was closed and no charges. I think he is confused about an old subscriptions but since he won't give me option to deal with a supervisor or talk with someone I'll never know. I am filing a complaint with PayPal. I believe this company is borderline scam if there isn't a customer service department.

Buyer beware! After falling for the bait of a trial subscription, and being charged for a full subscription with NO notice of the trial expiring, upon requesting the subscription be cancelled, I learned the following:

Regarding your refund request, I completely understand how you feel. However, our money-back policy has guidelines, which, unfortunately, don’t cover personal or financial reasons:
Personal reasons (you don’t like the product, it did not meet your expectations, etc.);
Financial reasons (you did not expect that you will be charged, that the trial will be converted into a membership, that the membership will automatically renew, or that the services are paid, etc.).
Please note that making a purchase requires your explicit agreement and payment details, which ensures security and transparency.
I never used the service. I just signed up for it a couple of days ago. They emailed me once and told me it was cancelled per my request, THEN they sent another email with instructions on how to cancel from my account profile. I never HAD a profile.
So I replied asking whether I needed to take this extra step to set up a profile so I could cancel a subscription that they confirmed had been cancelled. Now they have spammed me with replies that say to get help, I have to reply to the email—which is what I had done!
Watch out for companies like this. It feels like the “helpfulL

I am writing to share my negative experience with Title. I signed up for an introductory trial period, but I was not impressed with the service and did not intend to continue my subscription.
Despite this, my card was charged for a full month without my authorization. When I reached out to the company immediately upon seeing the charge, they refused to issue a refund.
I would strongly advise against using this service. If you do choose to sign up, ensure your card is not charged without prior authorization. I will not be using or recommending this service in the future.
AFTER POSTING THIS, I found many more people with the same story as mine. PLEASE research before using Title.

After that I joined session again and got a lovely stylist named Kiara. She was wonderful. That session was very good

Unbelievablely poor customer service. I joined and 5 minutes later my account was closed after I reported having trouble logging in. The site would not recognize me after I paid and asked me to pay again. I tried to get a refund but they kept the $14.99 saying that I had access to the service! I challenged the decision again and lost. Don't waste your money.

I got hooked into their loop of questions, and in the end decided to possibly give it a try- only you have to use their app- NOPE , I am not into another App. So I cancel.. They tell me ok we will cancel but we are going to keep the 14.95 introductory charge.. FOR WHAT? They didn't provide a service or product- They are fraudulently taking advantage of people- STAY AWAY!!!!!

I, unfortunately, did not read the reviews before I purchased this service as I normally do. I purchased it without realizing that I would have to have face-to-face conversations instead of online, text or email exchanges. Unfortunately, I am unable to do that. I immediately reached out to customer service after purchasing and realizing what was required. The only thing offered to me was a cancelation. No refund. No partial refund. Nothing. I had the service for maybe 5 minutes, was charged for $44.99 for absolutely nothing. No response from customer service when I emailed my disappointment. DO NOT TRUST THIS CO.

I agreed to a 14.95 charge to recieve a 4 week capsule wardrobe ideas after completing a survey - then was charged this AND another $29.95 that I did NOT agree to. The email sent with links does not even take me to what I paid for. I have recieved nothing and have been overcharged. I emailed for a refund after canceling and got generic email saying they don't issue refunds for "personal reasons" among other nonsense. How unbelievably terrible. DO NOT TRUST!!!!

Never completed profile or received any product or service. Racked up multiple charges w/o realizing, they would not adjust. I exchanged multiple emails with them about my experience with no resolution.
Only after I wrote this review did they agree to refund charges and asked me to reconsider my comments.

Within hours (not even 12 hours) I reached out to cancel this. I was charged twice once for $14.39 with money back satisfaction and a separate charge for $29.95 which I never agreed to.
I reached out and received this answer: “These include personal reasons, such as the product not meeting your expectations, and financial reasons, like unexpected charges from trial conversions or automatic renewals.”
This company is a scam- I do not recommend at all!
