This is a scam & is currently under…

This is a scam & is currently under investigation by Apple to remove the app from the App Store for not disclosing to patrons that there will be an ongoing monthly charge much higher than the one-off payment at checkout. The requirement is that apps must display what will be charged, when and for how long. This app buries the ongoing charge in the terms and conditions which are not displayed on the payment screen. Do not download or follow!

I contacted customer service to get the first (illegal) payment refunded and was told that it was in the terms and conditions. I have replied and explained the requirements for displaying charges for ‘in-app’ purchases. I have heard nothing back. Most of the communication is AI generated. I am also fairly sure most of the positive reviews on here are fake profiles. This company was previously the scam app ‘tailored box’ (this is the name that will still appear on your bank statement). STAY AWAY from Title, Lumi and Tailored Box!

Update 3 Feb 2026 from my original review & Title response - In response to your reply below, the Apple developer guidelines explain the below requirement & your app does not meet that criteria as is does not show the recurring subscriptions on the payment page for the initial $14.49 (ie. doesn’t clearly state that $49.99 will be deducted recurrently).

Also, your team processed the refund to my closed credit card. I explained the card was closed (because of the unauthorised transaction) and provided them with a PayPal link but they did not action this, and still processed the payment to the closed account which means I still don’t have a refund.. I have not received a response from the customer service team since.

Apple developer guidelines…

In addition to including links to your Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in your app and App Store metadata, the in-app sign-up screen needs to include:
The subscription name, duration, and the content or services provided during each subscription period
The billing amount, correctly localized for the territories and currencies where the subscription is available for purchase
A way for existing subscribers to sign in or restore purchases

Better than Expected

I went in not quite sure what to expect. The session was via chat and I was able to see the outfit recommendation and give feedback until it felt right. I had filled out a pre-question that was actually used to inform the suggested pieces. I am happy with my session and the pieces recommended for me.

Just poor customer service

Update: Title reached out and helped fix the situation.

Just poor customer service. I wanted to like this, but found it too burdensome to use. Based on my experience with their customer service, I wouldn’t try it again, even if I had more time.

I am loving the input and guidance. What I am not loving is the fact that the items I would like to order I cannot tell if they are inUSD or Australian dollars.
I would also like to know where the sizing guides are and if they are Aussie or American sizes - a measurement guide would be helpful as the sizes vary country to country. So far other than that it is a positive experience

Shady practices cost me $299

These folks also got me with their put the proof back and the customer once that is accomplished they hold you to some rigid refund policy and took me for 6 $49.99 charges to total $299.94. I never even completed their survey you fill out to get you box. Never received a box honestly did not even know they were charging me! They refuse to refund one cent if the money they basically stole from me, BEWARE EVEN CHE KING OUT THEIR SITE!!!!

Being able to see outfits that I might be interested in wearing was very helpful. Seeing the colors was also helpful because I’m not really sure what colors I should be wearing.

Fun experience and love ❤️ the concept, but it certainly needs improvement. There were items I wanted to purchase, but not in my size, which is a small. Also, I received a $50 offer to give my opinion on my experience, I accepted, and when I went to schedule, it said there were no dates available.

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! Cancelled within 24 hours and still being charged monthly. When I contacted customer service, they said they would continue charging me for a year due to fine print. Had to cancel credit card.

This company has misleading ads. It charges a trial charge $14.95 and then immediately charges a second fee of $29.95. The company then won't refund the second non-agreed charge. A complete scam. They give canned reply to inquiry that is bogus saying you can't receive a refund. It is a terrible app that draw you into more charges by not allowing you to see options without paying for additional services.

Not for all body types

They immediately charged twice. I didn’t catch it right away. So I complete my profile including sizes and measurements. All the outfits put together for me by stylists are not available in my sizes. I am 6’ tall and wear xxl and size 14 shoes. There were no options for me. I signed up for this as the ad said it helps style all body types.

Don’t waste your time or money!!!

This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam. They charge you a yearly subscription fee immediately and their outfits are so expensive ! You are supposed to be able to use the money they charge you toward clothing but almost everything is $200 and up per item. Please DO NOT subscribe.

Highly disappointed

I had high hopes for this app based on the heavy social media marketing but within the first hour of reviewing the inventory I found nothing in my size that was of interest. And I wanted this service. I decided to cancel because there was nothing to purchase. I was told they would not refund because they do not refund for “personal reasons” if dissatisfied. I was literally online for less than two hours. I caution anyone who is considering buying into this service to beware. You cannot investigate the product without purchasing the membership and If you are not satisfied, you will not be refunded.

Terrible Customer Service

In seeing an ad for an "Amazon" Capsule, I was curious. I trust Amazon so I opted to try the $14.49 "trial".
well I learned that this was not in fact an Amazon capsule but a whole different company so I I requested a refund and said I was misled. and I am just getting the runaround from their customer service who just keep on repeating themselves with the emails they are sending me. I've never had an experience like this with customer service.

Beware of this Company!

Same experience as other customer... Copy and paste experience as previous buyer.
I also fell for the bait of a trial subscription, and being charged for a full subscription with NO notice of the trial expiring, upon requesting the subscription be cancelled, I learned the following:

( Copied from their email to me) Exact same email as sent to other people that I have read here, their answer was in a matter of seconds upon my sent email.

"I completely understand your concern about the unexpected renewal. I’ve canceled your membership so it’s fully inactive now, and there will be no future charges.

Regarding your refund request, I completely understand how you feel. However, our money-back policy has guidelines, which, unfortunately, don’t cover personal or financial reasons:

Personal reasons (you don’t like the product, it did not meet your expectations, etc.);
Financial reasons (you did not expect that you will be charged, that the trial will be converted into a membership, that the membership will automatically renew, or that the services are paid, etc.).
Please note that making a purchase requires your explicit agreement and payment details, which ensures security and transparency."

I tried the 1st evening their service earlier 24 days ago. They jave promised 30 days. They charged me their full price of 44.99 USD. I have signed up on the evening of the 28th of december and they have charged me on the 24th of January. That is 27 days! They did not also send a "friendly reminder" that you will be charge.
They have generic emails to brush you out... All signed by the same person "Alex Black" the bot replies to you instantly, check on your emails the time of response.

Watch out for companies like this. It feels like the “helpfulL
