Signed up and added £30 into my account and I won to there shock and horror so they closed my account, I only won £70, tried talking to them but they just fob you off with lots of crap. Complete joke of a company.

I get bombarded with emails from this company - when you click unsubscribe the page can not be found.

This breaks GDPR regulations. I emailed them requesting they remove my information and they still havent - if they cant even stick to data regulations they must be an awful business

I made only one bet and because I won they closed me my account with no further explanation or way to appeal. I've been harassing them for over a month with emails that take days to be answered, asking for my money and every time they delay it more. Very poor assistance and I think that I may have lost my money. Stay away from this page!

So I won something a small amount, everything sucks about them, the software is crap and not fair. I knew because I was getting better services at site like bitstarz and once I put in withdrawal hassles begin, they want gov id, when you send it they need id with photo, when you send it, they are taking too much time.

All the while they keep it in pending withdrawals so you could play it and maybe lose it, but I was smarter I never used it, and finally came the message that we have closed your account for blah blah reason when they could not find a suitable reason to delay more that is a delay of over 2 months in paying out. Seems they are cuckoo in having the debts that they cannot pay already and now are cuckooing their customers.

I have pending withdrawal request on €500.00, but I receive an email from Titanbet team that they cant successfully determine my age with the information I have supplied and ask to send Valid photo identification and Bank statement displaying the registered address used for my gaming account.

Also they inform me that my account has been closed as per management's decision without the option of reopening.

I send the necessary documentation but after more than 72 hours no one answer on my email. I make a phone call to the support team and they told me that on of the documents photo is not taken properly and I need to send again.

I send again clear jpg photo, but Im still waiting for their response :(

only giving one star because I can't give 0. lodged 20 euro they gave a 20 euro bonus. I won 30 on roulette after a few bets. wanted to withdraw some money as cant on sports in my country (which your not told before you join). apparently I can't withdraw anything until I have bet 30 times my original deposit and bonus (€40 x 30) which is 1200 euro. absolute scammers , avoid at all costs

Only used TitanBet for a short period of time as I put a time out on my regular site after a string of bad losses.

Turned out I won quick big on TitanBet and withdrew in excess of 3500 profit, upon reading reviews was very nervous they were dodgy.

As everyone stated they asked for verification docs, I provided immediately and the account was approved same day, withdrawal again processed same day.

Funds were in my account within 72 hours of requesting withdrawal - I might just be a lucky one.

Their customer service was also pretty helpful when I called - live chat a bit hit and miss

Told them to change their name to Cowardly Bet and use the phrase - no winning bets taken here. Told them to close my account (which they did_. To their credit, before they closed my account, they still wanted my business, but only in the casino. Advised them, that I wanted to win money not chase dreams.

Does anybody know why titanbet.co.uk and titanbet.com are apparently run on two different licences with the gambling commission yet the branding is exactly the same and both sites are hosted on the same IP address on the same web server?

Placed two bets here, first one lost, hey they won my money, hurray. Second bet, won, OOPS I'M BANNED. Scam websites, and now I might not even get my winnings back. Don't be fooled by titanbet, never use it, ever

DISGUSTING. I had a run of winning accumulator bets so they cancelled my account without letting me know.

I only found out when I tried to login and place a new bet. The Chat did not work so I had to call. I was told that they have indeed closed my acc but could not tell me why. I also had to chase email communication about all this. In order to retrieve my money, I must send them some documents. Funny that they did not ask about any of this when I was placing deposits, or losing bets.

They never had a competitive price on events I was backing, but ongoing refund offers made it worth a risk. I reckon that this is why they shut me down.

Be aware of this. They put up interesting offers to attract punters, but if punters take them and happen to win... well they are always other bookies out there and tons of free websites where you can compare and shop around. Titanbet will probably be out of the business eventually. In this competitive business environment, there can not be any tolerance for dirty tricks.

It is a shame and I have no other choice but to file a complaint with IBAS.

Disgraceful bookmarkers. Must be a scam artist running this place. Only paid half of winnings, no support whatsoever might as well throw money away. Avoid this cancer of a company, hopefully they will be shut down very soon.
