Nothing received after almost 10 weeks

I ordered a Tingle Box subscription at the end of December and I have received nothing. I got an email saying I’d revive my first box in January and nothing arrived.

I’ve emailed them and received no response. I’ve asked Virgin Experience to follow up with them. They replied to them on 24th Feb to say I should expect the box in 3-5 days but, as of, 8th March, I’ve received nothing.

Huge red flags.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Purchased the 3 month subscription through virgin experiences in December 2022 and I’ve never received any box. Virgin have had trouble contacting the company and I have tried on multiple platforms, all with no response. I am now without credit with virgin experience and no boxes have arrived. Poor excuse of a company and none existent customer service.

Ordered this subscription through Virgin experience days and as with others on here, I have had the same issues. Received an email on 4th January advising my box would arrive on or shortly after the 16th January and to this date I have received nothing! I have emailed as advised and had no response from this company! Unable to contact on social media as it is an automated response and no contact number to call. Appalling service and currently out of pocket. If I could give zero stars I would!!

Terrible..order was cancelled with no…

Terrible..order was cancelled with no notice before Xmas. This resulted in me having no present for someone. It wad during the strikes so I couldn't get a replacement. I'd have been happy if the company informed me in advance. A refund was given. I spoke to the company and was promised a replacement box ad a gesture of goodwill. Nothing arrived. Company don't reply to messages or emails and have all commenting off on social media..avoid at all costs.

If I could give 0 stars I would - no box has ever arrived, it says a tracking number will be sent however after a 'dispatch' email received no tracking and no products. Still waiting for customer service to get back to me, they have today taken another payment however i don't expect to receive this either. I should have read the reviews before signing up. No contact email or telephone number provided on the website - I suspect its a fraudulent company.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. Absolute fraudsters. Ordered 4 sets at end of November as Christmas presents but didn’t receive them. There’s no way to contact this company. I got the details of their Marketing Manager from the influencer who advertised their products on Instagram. She ignored all my messages except one where she said she’d send them that day. That was over a month ago. I’ve been chasing ever since - guess what they were never sent and she hasn’t replied to any of my emails since.

The items are well packaged and the variety of products is great. They have arrived every month tho sometimes longer than the original date I was expecting. Can’t get hold of customer services ever (even to change a house address so had to block payments in bank to avoid the deliveries still going ahead and then took out another subscription in my partners name with his consent) if there was actually a response from customer services either by Instagram or email, then this company would have received more stars from me.

Awaiting refund since November 2021!

Nice products (when you get them) but awful customer service. I ordered six products last November (Black Friday deals), but only 2 arrived. I told Tingle-Box straight away and awaited my refund. 2 of the items were refunded (great) but the other two STILL haven't been refunded since November last year??? I have sent multiple emails requesting the rest of my refund, but absolutely no response. I would seriously question the ethics of a company that is unable to offer their customer a valid refund for items that did not arrive. Not a happy customer !! Tingle-Box, if you read this, please answer my emails and send me my refund !!

Disgusting service

Disgusting service, no product ever arrived despite receiving an email promising it was on the way,I have had no contact since, still waiting, ordered my self care box in May! Shocking really, will never use again. They are impossible to get in touch with, a lesson learned, do not trust this company.

Trash company

Ordered two mini self care boxes last week and still haven’t received confirmation of postage. Wish I had read reviews about this company first. I just watched a few reviews on YouTube and thought it would be a good deal. They need to take down those reviews because tingle is no longer providing persons with products they are just taking their money. They do not respond to insta messages or emails and what kind of company doesn’t have a contact number. There are articles about the creator of this company on the internet talking about how her business started up. At this point I don’t even know if that woman exist it’s like she’s a ghost.

Purchased a 12 month subscription

Purchased a 12 month subscription, only ever received one box, this was suppose to be my spoil to myself and now Virgin Experience are saying I need to wait as they are investigating Tingle and I'm the one out of pocket and experience. No way to reach Tingle except for via an email address and no answer back from that. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TINGLE

Don't bother

Signed up for a six month subscription through virgin experience days, which was supposed to begin in January. I received no January box, my February and March boxes were very late and so far I have received no April box (It is now June.) There seems to be no way to contact tingle - I wonder if they are still trading? Really not impressed with the company at all.

Signed up over a year ago, all going fine until my April box didn’t arrived, email sent and they sent another one, which has been stuck at the courier depot since 4/5/22. I’ve emailed everyday since, no reply at all from anyone. Absolute disgrace I am now cancelling my future order. Are they even bothered about their customers? I don’t think so, comments disabled on Instagram- wonder why! No replies via Instagram either.

Absolutely terrible company, shouldnt be allowed to trade. 0 customer service, have tried to contact numerous times to chase my 3rd box from a subscription bought from virgin experiences, ive contacted virgin now to ask them to chase and said i think they should stop trading with them as they are no good, looking at other reviews...which i wish id done earlier, i can see others have had the same experience as me. The products in the boxes which were advertised as full sized products, are crappy at best, mostly being sample sizes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Of a 3 month subscription only ever received 2 boxes

I placed the order via Virgin Experience Days in March 2021 (yes, over a year ago) and received the first 2 boxes of the 3 box subscription but the third box never arrived. I have been chasing this for almost a year now and have sent countless emails. On one occasion I received a reply and was assured the missing box would be posted out ‘tomorrow’ but this never arrived either. I’ve now resigned myself to only receiving 2/3 of what I paid for. Tingle Box don’t seem to care that I didn’t receive what I purchased or that as a customer I am unhappy with their service and for that reason I won’t be purchasing from them again. Avoid!
