My daughter had a wonderful time with her childminder Louisa, she loved taking part in all the activities that were provided. I was really impressed with Louisa's Tiney home set-up and felt safe in the knowledge that my daughter would be well cared-for.

My childminder, Emma Christmas was absolute god sent. First day my kids were in her care, they wouldn’t stop blasting my ears with all the amazing activities they did, from art n craft to bubble playing and looking forward going back, hopefully they leave her food alone lol…. Amazing experience for both children and dad. Would recommend her services any day and time. Thank you

We’ve been really happy with our experience at Shining Stars tiney home daycare in Wolverhampton. From the very beginning, the onboarding process was smooth, reassuring, and clearly well thought-out, which made the transition feel so much easier for both us and our little one. The staff are wonderful—every single person we’ve met genuinely cares about the children and takes the time to get to know them as individuals.
Since starting, our 16-month-old has grown so much in confidence and independence. We’ve also noticed a big boost in his language development, which has been amazing to see. It’s clear that a lot of thought and attention to detail goes into how the children are cared for, and that really puts our minds at ease.
Overall, we feel really lucky to have found a place where our child feels safe, happy, and supported to thrive. Highly recommend!

I was very overwhelmed with registering as a childminder. I came across tiney and they were amazing from the start. Everything was very clear and easy and I had the support that I needed to register. Everything was very quick and I’m excited to start my childminding journey

Everyone from the first call to getting me joined up and deciding if Tiney was right for me throughout completely all the training, webinars and having constant support from my advisor ita put me at ease with my journey to become a childminder, I’ve received nothing but support, empathy, friendliness, kindness and support throughout!
I would and currently already advising people who’d like to become a childminder to join because the support and guidance throughout is what keeps me going!
Thanks team!

Amazing childminder but tiney as a company … hard to get hold off. To talk to someone in accounts is impossible to get hold off and the live chats no one really gets back to you for 2/3 days. Really need a team in the UK for a quicker response.

I had a child minder who was not happy that Universal Credit made payments towards the end of the month rather than the beginning. She began always threatening to stop caring for my children. I would get calls and messages over the weekend reminding me to get UC to pay earlier. I felt harassed. Then she became very hostile t the point of pushing my 2 year old out of her front door without his shoe laces tied. Just because she wasn't being paid on the date she wanted but a few days after. I then asked her multiple times to confirm if she can look after my children just a few more weeks (I am a teacher and schools close for summer in 3 weeks, I am also a single parent so if I don't work for my teaching agency I don't get paid). She ignored me and Tiney management apparently. So now I have to assume she wont 'care for my kids' I now can't work as I wont be able to find a childminder in such short notice for just 3 weeks. I cannot believe how unprofessional the childminder and agency are, they should not be working with children as they do not have any desire to consider the needs of children, only money - and to read of similar experiences too - please DO NOT go with this agency, go with a childminder who is registered with Ofsted directly or the council, so much more professional!

The childminder we use is great. Tiney is convenient and easy to use. Comes with an app. Overall I am already recommending it to friends.
