We love our Tiney childminder Natasha. The whole experience has been excellent, from the professional and nurturing approach from Natasha, through to the convenience of the app to pay fees and get updates. I would highly recommend Natasha and Tiney!

We enrolled our son with Michelle at Making memories at the end of the summer last year- Michelle was extremely patient from the start- our son was very clingy towards his mum but with some guidance from Michelle he soon became well ajusted and now he absolutely loves going to his child minders! Michelle routinely takes the children out and completes a wide range of activities during the day with them all- I could not recommend her enough!

Natasha and Amber (Tiney in Ellesmere Port) are wonderful childminders —kind, caring, and very attentive. Our little one is always happy and well looked after, which gives us great peace of mind. We highly recommend them to any parent.

So far my experience with tiney has been amazing. Great training, when I needed help my emails were answered within 24hrs, my mentor Katie is so supportive and always there if I need help. Now I am fully registered the support keeps on coming with others too. I would recommend tiney to anyone who is wanting to start in childminding. The 12% is worth it with all the support you receive x

My baby started at about 14 months old at blessing Montessori in Dudley and i’ve been really happy with the experience.
From the very beginning, the onboarding process was smooth, reassuring and the learning environment is very impressive which made the transition feel so much easier for her. She’s always looking forward to going back to nursery everyday.

Since the past few months she has grown so much in confidence and independence. We’ve also noticed a big boost in her language development, which has been amazing to see. It’s clear that a lot of thought and attention to detail goes into how the children are cared for, and that really put my minds at ease.

Overall, we feel really lucky to have found a place where our child feels safe, happy, and supported to thrive.

I really love the environment my baby is, this child minder is exceptional, she's excellent about everything which i will recommend every parent to work with her. Am now relieved working with her.

I registered with Tiney this April,2026, and their support has been amazing from day one. Throughout training and beyond, they’ve always been patient with my many questions and incredibly helpful with training, assessment, and anything I need. From start to finish it took me 6 weeks to register. The tiney team and my advisor has been incredibly supportive and answered each and every question I had with no judgment. Lovely experience for me. I can highly recommend becoming part of the tiney team!

I found tiney to be very competent and proactive in processing all the paperwork. My advisor Carla has been amazing, responsive and helpful at all times, she has always been prompt in answering my queries and friendly. The pre registration call and visit were both so positive and both Annabelle and Angela me feel completely at ease.
The training with tiney is excellent and easy to achieve in your own time.

I started with tiney on 19th December and received my registration certificate by 23rd March, such a smooth and well-supported process.

I was a nursery manager looking for a career change. Although I originally planned for September, tiney supported me in fast-tracking my journey and getting registered by March.

The training and webinars were excellent, even with my experience, they were great refreshers. I especially found the recorded sessions helpful and listened to them like podcasts during pre-registration.

My pre-registration and pre-visit calls were with Carla, who was thorough, supportive, and really put me at ease, especially before my inspection.

I couldn’t recommend tiney enough. I’m so excited to begin my journey! Thank you, Carla, for all your support! 💙

I’ve registered with tiney as a childminder in December last year. They’ve been really supportive throughout my training, and after that. they never got tired of the plenty questions I had and still have till date. Whenever I have a request with billing, contracts, or anything else they are always very helpful to assist me, and/or explain things to me. I’m proud to be part of this community!

We were thinking If it's worth paying all the extra fees compared with registration directly with Ofsted . But so far I am beyond impressed with the platform, they make everything sooo so easy. Everything moved in the same time, compared with Ofsted where you need to wait for something one thing to move on to the next thing, and you don't have any idea how long it's actually to take.
Loved all the trainings, the way the theory assesment is done, how supportive the assessor was when she came for the home visit.
I've recently registered, and so far, I couldn't recommend it more.
Worth every penny - And if you add up all the trainings, fees, insurance, etc it might not be a big difference at the end of the month .

I have been trading with tiney for just over 2 years now and honestly can't fault them. I feel really supported as a Childminder and in what can usually be quite an isolating job, tiney makes it feel the complete opposite. I love the community tiney have created and I always feel completely in the loop regarding any changes we need to know about (e.g eyfs/mtd etc)
I'm generally quite anxious and an overthinker but every time I've ever had any interaction with a tiney team member - whether that be through messages and phone calls or webinar and the QA visits - i always come away from them feeling calmer, positive and even more passionate for the job!

UPDATE: I made a formal complaint as they advised to do so- and they have said they will be de registering me due to this formal complaint! Vile.

I am extremely disappointed with the shocking service I’ve received from this childminding agency. From start to finish, the experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. I regret bothering to register as a childminder.

Communication has been appalling. Messages and go unanswered for days, despite their promise to messages being returned in a couple of hours, phone calls aren’t returned, and when you finally do get through to someone, you’re given vague answers or told someone else will “get back to you” — “forwarding to a different team” which rarely happens. As a childminder, you need reassurance and clarity, not constant chasing.

On multiple occasions, I’ve been told one thing and a parent another. No team knows anything about the other, it’s a MESS. I was left scrambling for answers because the agency failed to properly coordinate their own staff, on more than one occasion. There was no apology, no accountability, just excuses. And their fees.

The lack of organisation is deeply concerning. Paperwork was mishandled, important information had to be repeated several times, and it often felt like nobody actually knew what was going on. If they did know what was going on they didn’t understand anything you asked. When you’re trusting someone with peoples children, this level of incompetence is simply unacceptable.
Illegally suspended me for a week on false grounds.

I would strongly advise other parents and childminders to think very carefully before using this agency. Childcare should provide peace of mind — this has been the complete opposite. Absolutely shocking service.

I am very satisfied with the kindergarten I chose for my child. From the very first days, my child adapted remarkably well and feels comfortable and happy in this environment.
The staff is attentive and professional, and the educator is kind, patient, and truly dedicated. My child enjoys attending every day.
I highly recommend this kindergarten to any parent looking for a safe and supportive environment.

Exceptional, signposted me from just simple conversation. Very helpful and very prompt in response.
