Like a lot of people that have written a review I have sadly had the same experience. My item never arrived, they fobbed me off with lots of copy and paste emails and then said they would not refund me. It's now going through PayPal resolution. They are based in China, do not go near them, it's a scam.

Look at “Payment Methods”
I dug into the website. Look at the “Payment Method” page. Then look at the reviews for the company listed there. No one has received their orders. Also, for a company supposedly located in Essex, the English on the site is very broken.

Interesting that most of the reviews are men, and this is a women's clothing site. Only in the past hour did a few "women" review the site! Be very careful ordering from this company. My experience is that legit online places don't get 5 star reviews with every review. Only one review on this site was stating the owner was a scam rated it one star. See if they are around in a few months.

🚩 headless models? Photos stolen from genuine businesses!
🚩 discounts and free postage if you spend x-amount?
🚩 use Scamdoc- a website that uses a complex algorithm to assess the trustworthiness of any website. A good business will rate over 90%
🚩 if looking at adverts on Facebook look for 😡s and hidden or deleted comments. Very often this points to unhappy customers.
