In my opinion DO NOT BUY A PROPERTY built by this developer! I bought 2 new built condos and it has been a nightmare. Very poorly built. Our buildings have constant leaks causing major damages and costly repairs. The property is only 4 yrs old and our elevator cables had to be replaced due to rusting from a leak that happened during construction. Cost - $100k. The townhomes on our property had MAJOR roof leaks due to missing vents, missing water barriers and poor quality installation. Cost - $300k. It gets worse! Fire inspectors told us a couple yrs ago the front doors were not fire safe and if there was a fire we would all be trapped! Cost - $60k. And it goes on and on costing owners in higher maintenance fees. Maintenance fees went up by 24%! This developer takes no responsibility and has extremely poor quality properties. BUYER BE AWARE!

This was a major installation of a completely new heating system in a fully occupied house so I was prepared for some inconvenience but I found the changing team of plumber, electrician, insulation installers, joiners … were focused on the work, respectful of my privacy and careful with my furniture. The technology involved being new and technically advanced, I was apprehensive for the outcome but I was impressed by the expertise of the workforce and the follow-up, which I expect to be making further use of.
