I received an email from your accounts team that my watch has been sold and the payment would be effected on the 16th of December. Today it's the 21st and despite repeated reminders requesting an update from your accounts and sales staff I have no response. If this is how you treat your customers be rest assured I will never reccommed your services. It is pathetic that I need to follow up repeatedly for my payment which I still have not received and your staff lacks the basic courtesy of even responding.
I hope the promoters of this business are reviewing this please note I still do not have any response from your staff!!!

good service - watch purchased on the auction website - pick up in person - only feedback would be that it would have been a nice touch to have just been shown how to adjust time and date settings - every watch has its own unique thing and it took me a bit of reading and working out how to get to that end point.

Service provided by Vishnu was excellent. I walked up to the store & asked him few questions. he treated me very well, answered all my questions correctly. His service was so good I purchased the watch I was interested within 20 minutes. It was my pleasure to work with Vishnu & Timepiece360. Thank You.

Selling my watch (Hublot King power) there was very little communication with me. After the watch sold, which was 1 year, they were slow to inform me. I found out by checking the website. Then when payment was due, again, no communication and payment did not land on the advised date. For a high end item, I expected better a level of service.
