Perfect customer service with premium products

The first watch experience with this company was a bit chaotic - they were disorganised and didn't manage the process very well, even if the quality of their work on my watch was really good. As a result, I left a 3 star review here.

I recently gave them another watch for a service and was really please to see that they had dramatically improved their customer experience and were much more organised this time. Meaning: I received a receipt for my watch, they were communcative, and could answer my questions when asked. Really please to see the improvement, and to have the chance to speak with the watchmaker who was a really friendly and welcoming guy with a genuine love for watches.

I'll be taking all my watches here in future when they need work.

I ordered a new Sub from Timepiece. Due to Covid visiting the office was difficult so we communicated via WhatsApp where all my questions where promptly answered.
Bought the piece in the late afternoon and they offered to deliver it that evening !
Young lady I dealt with on the practical details was very helpful.
Piece arrived, was exactly as described. Fair price too vs market.
Very pleased indeed. Would recommend and would buy again.
