First and last time I'll order from this company. Placed my order for stamps and dies, payment accepted and then after the order was dispatched I get an email saying the stamps weren't available and a refund was given.

Emailed a number of times. Item hasn’t arrived. Paid £5.99 for tracking. No ref provided. Awful customer services. Will now contact bank for refund.

I'm sorry because I hadn't read the possibility of tracking the shipment, but more than 2 days have passed and I fear that it has been lost.

Hi Elena, we are really sorry your parcel hasn't arrived yet and we have replied to your email regarding this.
Unfortunately as you didn't select Tracked Delivery we are unable to trace your package.
As you say we did pack and ship your items in a timely way however, we cannot be responsible for shipping delays, especially when shipping overseas.
In our experience packages do find their way to the recipient in most cases and often it is customs which is the cause of the delay.
It seems this 1 star is for the shipping courier and not us as we have done all we can to ensure your package reaches you based on your shipping requirements.

Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery. Arrived in a couple of days. I received a 15% off my first order after signing up for the newsletter when I went to Crafting Live at Doncaster so decided to look at the website and look at the products. I ordered a few items which were all in the sale and still received my 15% off which was great. I haven't used my items yet but am very pleased with them and looking forward to using them.

I have been buying craft stamps and dies from Time For Tea Designs for over 4 years, the quality of their products have always been consistently high. The stamps and dies are excellent quality, the images are very versatile. The website is easy to navigate which makes ordering hassle free. As always my order was well packed and dispatched promptly. And of course it is always a pleasure to be able to support a small independent British business.
