Disgusting
Disgusting, I ordered 3 items, then had a refund on one as it was out of stock, got the other 2 items only to open the envelope to find one item was wrong, yes they were only cheap but I contacted them 3 times and no one has bothered to reply, which I think is disgusting.

As a small, independently run business, we recently experienced an unprecedented volume of orders during our clearance sale, which unfortunately led to delays in both dispatch and customer service replies. Lack of communication
Lack of communication. I sent two requests for tracking info as the link to Shop did not give any info at all. Poor customer service, but when product eventually arrived, it was good quality and just what I needed.
