Great company with great quality products at good prices. They do nationwide delivery too which is useful for items that are more unusual sizes that you can't get locally. Will definitely use them again.

Easy to order online where you can see exactly what they have in stock. Delivery was free, and the 2 guys who delivered the wood were first class, really helpful and friendly. I would definitely use this company again.

They had what I want at a great price. Local delivery is free when you spend over £100, which is easy nowadays. The delivery person is very accommodating.
I also know that, having visited the yard, they are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

I ordered 16 sleepers for my project with a cutting list. In their website, it said they usually can deliver with 2-3 working days in my area. However, I waited for a week and still no one contacting me. I tried to call them and finally they picked up my order and started to process. The sleepers were delivered on the 10th day at last. On the other hand, they promised to do the cuts for me but they didn't and I just received the original sleepers. I have requested quite amounts of cuts (14 cuts in total) and fully understand if it is outside their service capabilities. But it is not great that they said yes for all at the beginning but not happening at last without any notice. This is all my review and let the others aware of this. I wish they can improve their services in the future.

Found what I wanted easily enough on the website and was able to add request for specific cut to length.

Contacted the supplier via email to ask about best practice use of the product (softwood sleepers) and they responded promptly with great advise.

Product was delivered within a few days with offcuts included.

It was great to discover window frame kits exist. Not so great as an amateur buyer to receive no instructions on how to use the clever plastic joining pieces. After the first frame I realised the plastic pieces provided were longer than the thickness of the frame so split the wood. Obvious but I wasn’t thinking it through. Luckily they cut very easily.
