I first called to check items were in stock before ordering online, was assured I would receive them next day if ordering before 2pm and would be delivered by DPD. Then placed order for the two ditra heat kits I required before 12pm, and paid for next day delivery £17+
Was emailed to say one was not in stock in warehouse, but the other one that was in stock would be sent out for next day delivery. Get emails to say item will be delivered by FedEx and would arrive between 9.20am - 13.20pm. When it did not arrive by 13.20pm, tracking updated delivery time to before 18.00pm. When it did not arrive by 18.00pm tracking updated delivery time to ‘end of day’
Still did not arrive by ‘end of day’ and waited at job until gone 7pm. Spent my whole day waiting for the delivery that I needed for the days work.
Turns out that not only did I lose a whole days money waiting for nothing, but also spent £17+ for no reason.
I also phoned in the morning to ask when the other kit that was out of stock would be sent out, as both have been paid for. Was told that I would be called back to let me know. It’s now nearly 8pm and I’m yet to receive said phone call.

ordered some grout and silicone via their website, which I needed to return, I emailed them , sent the pictures they requested showing unopened/undamaged items. Packed them securely in the same box they sent it in. And then I get an email saying they've arrived damaged and they've disposed of them and they won't be refunding the grout. one picture showed u straight cut down the middle of the grout bag, another showed a puncture hole in the top inner folded part. both bags were full. I emailed saying I don't believe they arrived like that , and to send me proof of damaged packaging. they ignored me.. 2 weeks later I contacted my courier, luckily evri did take a picture , the box was in perfect condition , I emailed back and they claimed they can only work with the pictures the warehouse sent them , and then proceeded to refund me, no apology nothing.. if I did not have this proof , this dishonest lying cheating company would have succeeded in scamming me, and telling me to go claim it from my couriers.. secondly the £20 delivery is day light robbery.. shop elsewhere and if are unfortunate to go here, document and take pictures of everything

I found these guys online. I called them as I needed some help choosing the Wedi wetroom components and other bits and pieces. I only ever spoke to two ladies, one helped me out with all the technical questions and the other was so helpful when I phoned the office very early and she answered , even though they were officially closed and helped solve an issue as I ordered the incorrect part number. Wish a few more businesses were as good as this...thank you

I'm giving this company two stars due to them adding on dishonest delivery fees!!
On two different orders there are two delivery options, the first is 2-3 days at £12, the second 48 hrs at £26.40. Both times despite choosing cheaper option it automatically reverts to next day ONCE you have paid! Then they don't deliver for 4 days !!!! Dishonest hidden fees.

Great communication all the way through, including from the driver Steve who was outside the house early and cheery and helpful!

I bought some adhesive and tools from these guys to tile a new floor. Competitive prices, good range of products and a text from driver Steve letting me know exactly when the delivery will arrive makes planning things that much easier. Most recommended.

Fantastic customer support, booked a 2-3 day delivery slot for some Terracotta Tile Wax at 3.30pm on Monday, arrived at 11.00 am the next morning! Amazing. The staff phone you if a product is out of stock and the price is excellent.

The delivery was carried out by Steve very polite and courteous.

Bought some products which were a great price and arranged for next day delivery which was cheaper than most other suppliers for the same products. Had absolutely fabulous service from Steve my delivery guy. He went above and beyond to accommodate me, he gets full marks. Haven’t used the product yet but from purchase to delivery, great service.

Top service. Ordered 13:50hrs and arrived by 11am the next day. Excellent communication and updates on order processing, and delivery. Steve their delivery driver even carried 14 bags of latex from his van into the building (35m from kerbside) to avoid it getting damaged by the rain. Highly rated.
