Counterfeit Sneakers, Sneaky Business
I wish I had read the review here before ordering. O stupidly thought it was an official Onitsuka Tigers website.
1. They are definitely selling counterfeits. They are pretty good quality counterfeits, to be fair, bit counterfeits nonetheless.
2. One order I placed for 79€ got charged as 83€ because their payment processor first converted to USD and then back to EUR, charging a markup in between.
3. I cancelled this overcharged order online and it was confirmed online but never received an email confirmation and the order was still shipped. In the meantime I had already ordered a second one at the correct price (by using a different payment processor option).
4. Contacted them for a refund (told them that they are counterfeits) but was first offered 45% refund to keep the items. I declined.
5. Then they asked me to send the items for a return and refund but provided no address for a return, nor any form of return confirmation. Basically I would end up shipping into a black hole.
6. Also told me that I would need to pay 55-60 pounds as customs fee. For an item that cost 69€ (10€ was shipping). Plus customs fees are not paid when returning, they are refunded.
Finally, raised a dispute with my bank and now waiting for the process to run its course.
Buy from them only if you are ok with receiving counterfeits and if you are sure that you won't need to return them for anything (their return policies are very restrictive).
